{"id":81607,"date":"2018-11-14T08:00:39","date_gmt":"2018-11-14T14:00:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=81607"},"modified":"2018-11-14T08:50:32","modified_gmt":"2018-11-14T14:50:32","slug":"solo-2-7-del-pib-mexicano-se-invierte-infraestructura-social","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/construccion\/solo-2-7-del-pib-mexicano-se-invierte-infraestructura-social\/","title":{"rendered":"S\u00f3lo 2.7% del PIB mexicano se invierte en infraestructura social"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>El actual modelo de vivienda es disperso y desorganizado, por ello el gobierno estatal y la inversi\u00f3n privada deben trabajar de la mano<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>En M\u00e9xico s\u00f3lo de invierte el 2.7% del <strong>Producto Interno Bruto<\/strong> (PIB) en infraestructura p\u00fablica, mientras que en otros pa\u00edses, como Asia, hay inversiones de hasta 6%, por ello es importante impulsar la coinversi\u00f3n nacional, asever\u00f3 \u00cd\u00f1igo Mariscal Servitje, codirector de la desarrolladora <a href=\"https:\/\/www.marhnos.com.mx\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Marhnos<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Durante su participaci\u00f3n en <a href=\"https:\/\/coreforourbano.com\/ -\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>CoRe Foro Urbano<\/strong><\/a>, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que seguir un modelo como el de Asociaciones P\u00fablico Privadas (APP\u2019s), podr\u00eda generar un mejor desarrollo en la infraestructura social, esto a trav\u00e9s de proyectos de coinversi\u00f3n social, en los que se analice el costo beneficio, desde lo social hasta lo econ\u00f3mico, \u201cun ejemplo es el Hospital de Tlalnepantla, el cual fue el primero en obtener un certificado LEED y reporta 30% de ahorro operacional\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Por lo anterior, apunt\u00f3 que el actual modelo de vivienda y ciudad, al cual calific\u00f3 como disperso, desorganizado, distante y desigual, necesita reestructurarse, por ello a\u00f1adi\u00f3 que el trabajo coordinado entre el Estado y la iniciativa privada debe ser bajo un marco regulatorio para generar proyectos de bienestar social y econ\u00f3mico para el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cActualmente las personas viven en zonas metropolitanas, por lo que es complicado trasladarse a sus lugares de trabajo o escuela, disminuyendo su calidad de vida. Ante un cambio social inminente, debe existir corresponsabilidad\u201d, destac\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>A la par, Mario Silva, director general del Instituto Metropolitano de Planeaci\u00f3n del \u00e1rea metropolitana de Guadalajara, abund\u00f3 en que las relaciones entre el Estado y la sociedad deben ser analizadas, \u201cesta debe ser un \u00e1rea de oportunidad para mejorar la infraestructura e
