As\u00ed, en el per\u00edodo, en el estado se colocaron 24,585 millones de pesos para el financiamiento de alguna soluci\u00f3n habitacional.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con datos de la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Vivienda (Conavi), el monto invertido permiti\u00f3 la colocaci\u00f3n de 70,775 cr\u00e9ditos. El n\u00famero de acciones concretadas represent\u00f3 una variaci\u00f3n positiva de 37.6% en relaci\u00f3n a lo observado en el mismo periodo pero de 2017. <\/p>\n<p>En este escenario, el Infonavit se ubic\u00f3 como el jugador m\u00e1s importante, al ser el organismo con el mayor n\u00famero de acciones logradas e inversi\u00f3n alcanzada. De esta forma, en el per\u00edodo, el Instituto otorg\u00f3 41,735 cr\u00e9ditos por un monto de 12,366 millones de pesos. <\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, la inversi\u00f3n de la banca comercial para financiar cr\u00e9dito a la vivienda en Nuevo Le\u00f3n creci\u00f3 9.6% en comparaci\u00f3n con la derrama observada en los primeros ocho meses, pero de 2017. As\u00ed, las instituciones de financiamiento privado colocaron 11,481 millones de pesos en el per\u00edodo, lo que impuls\u00f3 un incremento en el n\u00famero de acciones
