primeros mega centros comerciales en diferentes puntos estrat\u00e9gicos del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>Con una inversi\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de 12 millones de pesos y el desarrollo comercial de m\u00e1s de\u00a0165,000 metros cuadrados, la firma ha iniciado la apertura de tres mega malls m\u00e1s esperados de este a\u00f1o: The Harbor M\u00e9rida, Town Square Metepec y The Landmark en Guadalajara.<\/p>\n<p>El pr\u00f3ximo 9 de noviembre, Thor Urbana presentar\u00e1 oficialmente <strong>Town Square Metepec<\/strong>, un lifestyle center que tendr\u00e1 m\u00e1s de 90,000 metros cuadrados de \u00e1rea rentable y una inversi\u00f3n de 6,000 millones de pesos, en el que se estrenar\u00e1 el\u00a0<strong>National Geographic Ultimate Explorer (NGUX)<\/strong>, un centro de entretenimiento que ofrecer\u00e1 diversos espect\u00e1culos de realidad virtual.<\/p>\n<p>Recientemente, el pasado 19 de octubre la desarrolladora inaugur\u00f3 su nuevo\u00a0<em>lifestyle retail center<\/em>,\u00a0<strong>The Harbor M\u00e9rida<\/strong>, ubicado estrat\u00e9gicamente en el centro de la ciudad yucateca y que representa una inversi\u00f3n de\u00a02,000 millones de pesos, para el desarrollo de\u00a0m\u00e1s de 50,000 metros cuadrados (m\u00b2) de \u00e1rea rentable y 128,000\u00a0m\u00b2 de construcci\u00f3n en su primera fase.<\/p>\n<div class=\"post_content\">\n<p
