{"id":80951,"date":"2018-11-01T09:30:46","date_gmt":"2018-11-01T15:30:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=80951"},"modified":"2018-11-01T11:13:14","modified_gmt":"2018-11-01T17:13:14","slug":"torre-reforma-el-mejor-rascacielos-del-mundo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/arquitectura-2\/torre-reforma-el-mejor-rascacielos-del-mundo\/","title":{"rendered":"Torre Reforma, el mejor rascacielos del mundo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>El arquitecto mexicano Benjam\u00edn Romano ser\u00e1 reconocido con el International Highrise Award 2018<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>\u201c<a href=\"http:\/\/www.torrereforma.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Torre Reforma<\/a>\u201d<\/strong>, del arquitecto mexicano <strong>Benjam\u00edn Romano<\/strong>, ha sido reconocido como el mejor rascacielos del mundo, as\u00ed lo decidi\u00f3 el jurado del <strong>International Highrise Award 2018<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El arquitecto mexicano recibir\u00e1 la estatuilla el d\u00eda de hoy durante la ceremonia de premiaci\u00f3n\u00a0en el <strong>Paulskirche<\/strong> de <strong>Frankfurt<\/strong>, que ubica a la capital mexicana en el mapa mundial de arquitectura innovadora en rascacielos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Torre Reforma es un proyecto de oficinas ubicado en el <strong>Paseo de la Reforma<\/strong>, que tiene 246 metros de altura, lo que lo convierte en el edificio m\u00e1s alto de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adem\u00e1s cuenta con el distintivo <strong>LEED Platino<\/strong>, por su dise\u00f1o inteligente que le permite <strong>ahorrar 25% m\u00e1s energ\u00eda<\/strong> que otros edificios del tipo en la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico y por el uso de <strong>85% de materiales mexicanos<\/strong>, evitando la huella de carbono que se genera al transportar materiales desde lugares apartados al sitio de la construcci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El innovador dise\u00f1o estructural del edificio responde a tres aspectos: las exigencias de seguridad en una ciudad con actividad s\u00edsmica, al rescate de la casona neog\u00f3tica de 1929 sobre la cual cuelga literalmente el edificio y al reto de cumplir al 100% de la normatividad vigente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cTorre Reforma sobresale por su extraordinaria arquitectura casi escultural y su huella triangular. La fachada futurista abre la vista a uno de los parques m\u00e1s grandes del mundo; su dise\u00f1o sensible e intuitivo es una impresionante respuesta a los retos topogr\u00e1ficos locales. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El nuevo edificio no s\u00f3lo personifica el desarrollo en progreso de M\u00e9xico, sino tambi\u00e9n integra cuidadosamente un edificio patrimonial en un distrito hist\u00f3rico\u00bb, dijo\u00a0<b> Ina Hartwig<\/b>, sub alcaldesa de Cultura de la Ciudad de Frankfurt<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Entre m\u00e1s de 1,000 rascacielos construidos en el mundo entre 2016 y 2017, <strong>Deutsches Architekturmuseum<\/strong> (DAM) nomin\u00f3 a\u00a036 proyectos destacados de 15 diferentes pa\u00edses.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un jurado internacional de expertos arquitectos, ingenieros estructurales y especialistas en desarrollo inmobiliario seleccionaron a los 5 finalistas entre los que destac\u00f3 el edificio mexicano; entre los 36 proyectos nominados se encontraban obras de reconocidos arquitectos como Ateliers Jean Nouvel, Foster &amp; Partners, Pelli Architects,
