{"id":8077,"date":"2014-06-27T14:31:42","date_gmt":"2014-06-27T19:31:42","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=8077"},"modified":"2014-06-27T14:33:12","modified_gmt":"2014-06-27T19:33:12","slug":"facilitara-reforma-fiscal-acceso-a-credito","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/facilitara-reforma-fiscal-acceso-a-credito\/","title":{"rendered":"Facilitar\u00e1 reforma fiscal acceso a cr\u00e9ditos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En la segunda conferencia del d\u00eda, el presidente de la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional Bancaria y de Valores, Jaime Gonz\u00e1lez Aguade present\u00f3 la nueva regulaci\u00f3n financiera.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Antes de finalizar el Encuentro Nacional del Sector Empresarial se llev\u00f3 a cabo la \u00faltima conferencia del evento sobre la nueva regulaci\u00f3n financiera, la cual fue expuesta por el presidente de la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional Bancaria y de Valores, Jaime Gonz\u00e1lez Aguade.<\/p>\n<p>La reforma fiscal, tema principal de la conferencia, \u201cfacilitar\u00e1 el acceso al cr\u00e9dito y mayor certeza jur\u00eddica\u201d, as\u00ed lo consider\u00f3 Jaime Gonz\u00e1lez, quien tambi\u00e9n expres\u00f3 que el objetivo principal de la comisi\u00f3n que \u00e9l preside es aumentar el cr\u00e9dito al sector productivo del pa\u00eds, para lograr una solidez en la econom\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, expres\u00f3 que las modificaciones en la reforma impactar\u00e1n directamente en la vivienda y tambi\u00e9n reconoci\u00f3 que Homex, Geo y Urbi, dejaron un hueco importante en el sector.<\/p>\n<p>Entre los datos relevantes que dio, fue el \u00edndice de morosidad de la vivienda en abril, que fue de 3.87 por ciento.<\/p>\n<p>Al finalizar la RNSE se realiz\u00f3 el Taller de Reflexi\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica, donde se analiz\u00f3 a detalles el sector vivienda.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;
