As\u00ed, en los primeros ocho meses del a\u00f1o, este jugador entreg\u00f3 85,500 financiamientos en este rubro.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con los datos de la Comisi\u00f3n Naci\u00f3n Viviends (<strong>Conavi<\/strong>), presentados en el\u00a0<strong>Reporte\u00a0Mensual del Sector<\/strong> correspondiente a octubre, esta cifra de acciones represent\u00f3 una derrama del orden de los 100,500 millones de pesos. El monto invertido equivale a una variaci\u00f3n positiva de 5%, esto en comparaci\u00f3n con los 95,700 millones de pesos derramados en el mismo periodo, pero de 2017.<\/p>\n<p>En t\u00e9rminos generales,entre enero y agosto 2028, la banca coloc\u00f3 191,500 cr\u00e9ditos a la vivienda, cifra 11.8% por arriba de lo observado en el mismo lapso, pero del a\u00f1o anterior.<\/p>\n<p>Del total de financiamientos colocados, 106,000 fueron del esquema de mejoramiento.
