De esta forma, el n\u00famero de unidades desplazadas lleg\u00f3 a 14,622, en comparaci\u00f3n con las 13,156 registradas en los primeros <strong>nueve<\/strong> meses de 2017.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con el reporte enviado a la Bolsa Mexicana de Valores (<strong>BMV<\/strong>), la empresa obtuvo ingresos por el orden de los 6,288 millones de pesos entre enero y septiembre de 2018. La cifra representa una variaci\u00f3n positiva de 20.1% en comparaci\u00f3n con los 5,253 millones de pesos obtenidos en 2017.<\/p>\n<p>La firma detall\u00f3 que el crecimiento en ingresos se vio impulsado por \u201cla mejora en la mezcla de ventas orientada al segmento medio y al crecimiento en el segmento residencial, as\u00ed como a un mayor precio promedio de venta\u201d; adem\u00e1s de un incremento de 9.7% en el precio promedio registrado en el periodo. <\/p>\n<p>En relaci\u00f3n a Uafida, la empresa report\u00f3 un aumento de 37.3%, con lo que se ubic\u00f3 en 782 millones de pesos para el periodo enero-septiembre 2018. Este resultado, se\u00f1al\u00f3 la compa\u00f1\u00eda, tiene que ver \u201ccon crecimiento en volumen, una mejor mezcla de ventas y los incrementos en el precio promedio\u201d. <\/p>\n<p><strong>El 3T2018 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En relaci\u00f3n al resultado trimestral, la firma report\u00f3 un incremento de 6.2% en la venta de viviendas, con lo que se ubic\u00f3 en 4,546 unidades. Cabe se\u00f1alar que, en el 3T2017, Javer alcanz\u00f3 ventas por 4,281 unidades. <\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, la empresa obtuvo ingresos del orden de los 2,026 millones de pesos.
