{"id":80341,"date":"2018-10-23T12:09:40","date_gmt":"2018-10-23T17:09:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=80341"},"modified":"2018-10-23T12:09:40","modified_gmt":"2018-10-23T17:09:40","slug":"cae-produccion-constructora","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/construccion\/cae-produccion-constructora\/","title":{"rendered":"Cae producci\u00f3n de industria constructora en agosto"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>El sector hab\u00eda reportado crecimiento en los dos meses anteriores de hasta 2.3 por ciento<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Desde el cierre de 2017 el valor de la producci\u00f3n de las empresas constructoras ha estado en decadencia; en lo que va de 2018, agosto ha sido el mes con mayor ca\u00edda, de acuerdo con el <a href=\"http:\/\/www.inegi.org.mx\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Instituto Nacional de Estad\u00edstica y Geograf\u00eda<\/strong> <\/a>(Inegi).<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan datos desestacionalizados del \u00edndice Global de la Actividad Econ\u00f3mica, la industria registr\u00f3 una ca\u00edda mensual de 2.9%, en t\u00e9rminos anuales tambi\u00e9n report\u00f3 una disminuci\u00f3n de 0.8%, mientras que en lo que corresponde al personal ocupado la ca\u00edda fue de 0.9% y las horas trabajadas una decadencia de 1.2%, en comparaci\u00f3n al mes anterior.<\/p>\n<p>En tanto, el Producto Interno Bruto (PIB) de la construcci\u00f3n tuvo una desaceleraci\u00f3n anual, con un crecimiento de 1.3 por ciento. Cabe se\u00f1alar que el sector hab\u00eda registrado crecimiento en los dos meses anteriores a agosto, al menos en julio la alza en la producci\u00f3n fue de 2.3 por ciento.<\/p>\n<a
