utilidad neta<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La desarrolladora inmobiliaria <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ruba.com.mx\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ruba<\/a> inform\u00f3 que al cierre del tercer trimestre del 2018, en comparaci\u00f3n con el mismo periodo pero del 2017, obtuvo un crecimiento de 32% en sus ingresos, as\u00ed como 57% en el Ebitda y de 54% en la utilidad neta.<\/p>\n<p>Destac\u00f3 que el reporte de vivienda de la <strong>Bolsa Mexicana de Valores<\/strong> (BMV) registr\u00f3 que, de enero a septiembre del 2018, Ruba escritur\u00f3 7,860 viviendas, cerca de 430 unidades m\u00e1s que el a\u00f1o anterior, lo que permiti\u00f3 aumentar los ingresos de la inmobiliaria.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el impacto fue gracias a una estrategia que permiti\u00f3 lograr 1.4 puntos porcentuales sobre el margen bruto y de 40% en la utilidad bruta, adem\u00e1s, un buen control del gasto operativo y del costo financiero impulsaron al crecimiento del Ebitda y utilidad neta.<\/p>\n<p>Ante los resultados, Jes\u00fas Sandoval Armenta, director general de la vivienda chihuahuense, asever\u00f3 que el sector de la vivienda en M\u00e9xico, durante los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, ha mantenido su dinamismo en la econom\u00eda, lo que ha generado que la desarrolladora contin\u00fae con una tendencia positiva tanto operativa, como financieramente desde
