electr\u00f3nico y mensajes de texto<\/em><br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El Centro de Atenci\u00f3n Telef\u00f3nica (CAT) del <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gob.mx\/fovissste\/acciones-y-programas\/estado-de-cuenta-fovissste\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Fondo de la Vivienda del ISSSTE<\/a> (Fovissste) recibi\u00f3 m\u00e1s de 250,000 llamadas de acreditados, en relaci\u00f3n a estados de cuenta, oferta de cr\u00e9ditos y seguros de da\u00f1os, entre otros.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con <strong>Luis Antonio Godina<\/strong>, vocal ejecutivo del Fovissste, en lo que va del 2018, tambi\u00e9n se ha atendido a m\u00e1s de 500,000 empleados p\u00fablicos en los 36 m\u00f3dulos de atenci\u00f3n ciudadana distribuidos en todo el pa\u00eds, mientras que en redes sociales hay un registro de 12,107 interacciones.<\/p>\n<p>Durante un visita al centro de trabajo de 47 telefonistas que atienden las llamadas, subray\u00f3 que para hacer difusi\u00f3n de informaci\u00f3n relevante a sus derechohabientes, ha enviado 2 millones 831,268 correos electr\u00f3nicos, as\u00ed como 2 millones 951,951 mensajes de texto, en el periodo que comprende de junio del 2015 a agosto del 2018.<\/p>\n<p>Al recorrido tambi\u00e9n asistieron los subdirectores de Cr\u00e9dito, Samuel Palma C\u00e9sar, y de Atenci\u00f3n a Acreditados y Enlaces con Gerencias Regionales, Jos\u00e9 Santiago Merino Castrej\u00f3n.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Fondo destac\u00f3 que desde 2015 se ha conectado con
