disponibilidad en el mercado en CDMX<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Al termino del primer semestre de este a\u00f1o,\u00a0<strong>M\u00e9xico<\/strong>\u00a0se consolid\u00f3 como el segundo mercado m\u00e1s grande de\u00a0<strong>oficinas<\/strong>\u00a0en Am\u00e9rica Latina con un inventario de 8.5 millones de metros cuadrados (m\u00b2) de espacios corporativos, apenas debajo de Brasil, de acuerdo con un an\u00e1lisis de la consultora inmobiliaria\u00a0<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.cbre.com.mx\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">CBRE M\u00e9xico<\/a>.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/Graf.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-79559 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/Graf-300x219.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"333\" height=\"243\" srcset=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/Graf-300x219.png 300w, https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/Graf-768x561.png 768w, https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/Graf-1024x748.png 1024w, https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/Graf.png 1232w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 333px) 100vw, 333px\" \/><\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La firma\u00a0destac\u00f3\u00a0que la tasa de vacancia en tres principales ciudades del pa\u00eds es de aproximadamente 17%, siendo\u00a0<strong>Monterrey<\/strong>\u00a0la de mayor tasa de ocupaci\u00f3n (21.5%),\u00a0<strong>Ciudad de M\u00e9xico<\/strong>\u00a0(15.45%) y\u00a0<strong>Guadalajara<\/strong>\u00a0(14%); por otro lado el pa\u00eds registr\u00f3 una absorci\u00f3n neta de este mercado de 120,000\u00a0m\u00b2, por encima de pa\u00edses como Brasil, Per\u00fa, Chile y Argentina.<\/p>\n<p>De las tres ciudades analizadas al\u00a0<strong>1S2018<\/strong>, la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico mantiene el inventario de oficinas m\u00e1s grande con 6.3 millones de\u00a0m\u00b2, una tasa de ocupaci\u00f3n de 15.45%, y la construcci\u00f3n de 1.8 millones de\u00a0m\u00b2 de nuevas oficinas.<\/p>\n<p>En este mercado, los corredores de\u00a0<strong>Santa Fe, Polanco, Insurgentes, Reforma y Perinorte<\/strong>\u00a0tienen las tasas m\u00e1s altas de disponibilidad en el mercado, mientras que\u00a0<strong>Bosques, Interlomas y Lomas Altas<\/strong>\u00a0registran\u00a0las tasas m\u00e1s bajas.<\/p>\n<p>En el caso de Monterrey, esta ciudad regia registr\u00f3 un inventario de 1.2 millones de\u00a0m\u00b2 de oficinas, con tasa de ocupaci\u00f3n del 14% mientras que en Guadalajara fue de 582,000\u00a0m\u00b2 y una
