Altas e Interlomas con\u00a06.2% de tasa de desocupaci\u00f3n\u00a0<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El <strong>mercado de oficinas<\/strong> de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico y el \u00e1rea metropolitana cerr\u00f3 el tercer trimestre de 2018 con un inventario de 6.4 millones de metros cuadrados (m\u00b2), lo que representa un incremento del 2.3% (144,300 m\u00b2) con respecto al cierre del trimestre anterior, de acuerdo con un reporte de mercado de la plataforma inmobiliaria <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.solili.io\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Solili<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Datos del documento refieren que el corredor Interlomas increment\u00f3 26.5% su inventario con la entrega del corporativo <strong>Ampliaci\u00f3n Paseo Interlomas<\/strong> de la desarrolladora <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gicsa.com.mx\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Gicsa<\/strong><\/a>, el cual ya contaba con un pre-arrendamiento del 42% de su espacio total.<\/p>\n<p>El an\u00e1lisis destaca que la oferta registrada al cierre de este trimestre fue de 894,846 m\u00b2, de los cuales, el corredor Norte representa el 25% del total disponible con m\u00e1s de 230 mil m\u00b2 y Santa Fe representa el 17.5% con 156,533 m\u00b2.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con la plataforma, el resultado electoral de este a\u00f1o as\u00ed como los nuevos planes de gobierno para descentralizar sus funciones, han sido favorables para el mercado inmobiliario, en especial para\u00a0el segmento <strong>clase A de oficinas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado la firma se\u00f1ala que los corredores que\u00a0registratron\u00a0la disponibilidad m\u00e1s baja en este periodo fueron\u00a0<strong>Bosques, Lomas Altas e Interlomas<\/strong> sumando en total <strong>6.2% de tasa de desocupaci\u00f3n<\/strong> (56,000 m\u00b2) de oficinas clase A.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s durante este trimestre tres proyectos iniciaron su construcci\u00f3n, los cuales agregaron m\u00e1s de 100,000 m\u00b2 a los 1.4 millones de m\u00b2 que ya se encontraban en este proceso.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Los
