{"id":79233,"date":"2018-10-03T08:00:11","date_gmt":"2018-10-03T13:00:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=79233"},"modified":"2018-10-05T16:55:11","modified_gmt":"2018-10-05T21:55:11","slug":"crecio-23-4-credito-vivienda-usada","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/crecio-23-4-credito-vivienda-usada\/","title":{"rendered":"Creci\u00f3 23.4% cr\u00e9dito para vivienda usada"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>En el resultado observado en los \u00faltimos doce meses a julio pasado, la inversi\u00f3n para financiamiento increment\u00f3 5.6%<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>En cifra acumulada anual al cierre de julio de 2018, el cr\u00e9dito para adquisici\u00f3n de <strong>vivienda usada<\/strong> increment\u00f3 23.4% en el mercado tradicional de financiamiento. As\u00ed, en los \u00faltimos doce meses al 31 de julio del presente a\u00f1o, el financiamiento para comprar casa del segmento represent\u00f3 33.7% de la inversi\u00f3n realizada, lo que represent\u00f3 un aumento de 4.9% en relaci\u00f3n a lo observado en el mismo periodo, pero al mes de junio 2017.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con datos de la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Vivienda (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gob.mx\/conavi\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Conavi<\/a>), en t\u00e9rminos generales, en los \u00faltimos doce meses a julio 2018, la inversi\u00f3n para financiamiento a la vivienda por parte de la banca, Infonavit y Fovissste lleg\u00f3 a 335,200 millones de pesos. La cifra, report\u00f3 el organismo, equivali\u00f3 a una variaci\u00f3n positiva de 5.6% en relaci\u00f3n al periodo comparable un a\u00f1o antes.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPor organismos, el crecimiento del mercado fue impulsado por el <strong>Infonavit<\/strong>, cuya participaci\u00f3n en el total de la inversi\u00f3n en los \u00faltimos doce meses aument\u00f3 5.3 puntos porcentuales, al ubicarse en 43.8% al cierre de julio de 2018. Si bien dos tercios de esta variaci\u00f3n fueron cedidos por la banca comercial, la evoluci\u00f3n del mercado en los \u00faltimos meses apunta hacia un escenario de mayor estabilidad en la aportaci\u00f3n de cada uno de ellos\u201d, destac\u00f3. <\/p>\n<p>Cabe se\u00f1alar que en el <strong>1S2018<\/strong>, se registr\u00f3 una inversi\u00f3n de 189,700 millones de pesos para el otorgamiento de cr\u00e9dito en el mercado tradicional, es decir un aumento de 5.8% en relaci\u00f3n al mismo periodo, pero de 2017. La cifra permiti\u00f3 la concreci\u00f3n de 489,400 acciones en sus diversas modalidades, u n aumento de 4.7 por ciento. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En el resultado
