14%<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>En <strong>Monterrey<\/strong> el mercado de <strong>vivienda vertical<\/strong> muestra buenas expectativas de crecimiento en los pr\u00f3ximos a\u00f1os, principalmente para el segmento medio, de acuerdo con Ignacio Torres, socio y director de\u00a0<strong>Grupo 4S.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El directivo se\u00f1al\u00f3 que durante el segundo trimestre de 2018 se registraron\u00a0ventas de 650 unidades,\u00a0en donde los segmentos residencial\u00a0 y residencial plus fueron los de mayor demanda y destac\u00f3 que en un a\u00f1o las\u00a0ventas de vivienda vertical alcanzaron las <strong>1,183 unidades.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El empresario tambi\u00e9n dijo que se espera un cierre con un comportamiento al alza en este segmento,\u00a0con crecimiento en\u00a0<strong>tasas de 14%<\/strong> con respecto al 2017 y contrario amlo que pasa en otras ciudades, en la localidad regia no existe sobreoferta para este tipo de desarrollos.<\/p>\n<p>Ignacio Torres a\u00f1adi\u00f3 que a diferencias de ciudades como<strong>\u00a0Puebla y Quer\u00e9taro<\/strong>\u00a0donde se empiezan a ver problemas en el manejo de inventarios, por la oferta desproporcionada que existe, en Monterrey se ve favorecido este mercado por el <strong>bono demogr\u00e1fico<\/strong>, las condiciones macroecon\u00f3micas del pa\u00eds y el auge de los <strong>desarrollos verticales.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Finalmente agreg\u00f3 que en algunas zonas como <strong>Cumbres<\/strong> o <strong>Apodaca<\/strong> las tendencias de verticalizaci\u00f3n de la
