precios de los materiales para el sector de la construcci\u00f3n contin\u00faan en aumento al registrar, en agosto, un crecimiento anual de 11.3%, inform\u00f3 el <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cmic.org.mx\/cmic\/ceesco\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Centro de Estudios Econ\u00f3micos del Sector de la Construcci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/a> (Ceesco).<\/p>\n<p>A trav\u00e9s de un informe, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que entre los materiales con m\u00e1s aumentos son la varilla, con un incremento del 37.2%, seguido del alambre y alambr\u00f3n, con un 34.4%, la malla de acero con 28.8% y estructuras met\u00e1licas con 22 por ciento.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el \u00edndice general de precios para la construcci\u00f3n subi\u00f3 10.2% a tasa anual, mientras que las remuneraciones de los trabajadores aumentaron 4.8 % y el aumento anualizado de los precios de la construcci\u00f3n se duplicaron en agosto al ubicarse en una tasa anual de 4.9 por ciento.<\/p>\n<p>Record\u00f3 que las imposiciones de aranceles a los derivados del acero pueden ubicar a la inflaci\u00f3n anual del sector mexicano de la construcci\u00f3n entre 12 y 13% en 2018 , asimismo, estim\u00f3 que si contin\u00faa la aceleraci\u00f3n en los precios de los materiales de construcci\u00f3n, podr\u00eda haber un ritmo negativo para el sector, orill\u00e1ndolo hac\u00eda el l\u00edmite inferior del rango esperado.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Ceesco inform\u00f3 que el \u00edndice general subi\u00f3 10% a tasa
