As\u00ed, en los primeros siete meses del a\u00f1o, este jugador otorg\u00f3 160,500 acciones, lo que representa un aumento de 8.9% en comparaci\u00f3n con el resultado observado en el mismo periodo, pero de 2017. <\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con datos de la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Vivienda (<strong>Conavi<\/strong>), el monto invertido por la banca para la colocaci\u00f2n de financiamiento tambi\u00e9n registr\u00f3 un aumento. En tal sentido, la cifra alcanz\u00f3 los 89,7000 millones de pesos, es decir un increment\u00f3 3.7% en el monto derramado en comparaci\u00f3n conlo visto entre enero y julio 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Al respecto, el cr\u00e9dito para adquisici\u00f2n de vivienda present\u00f2 un repunte. As\u00ed, en el periodo reportado, la banca otorg\u00f3 71,900 financiamientos, es decir una variaci\u00f3n positiva de 1.2 por ciento. El n\u00famero de acciones represent\u00f3 una derrama el orden de los 85,900 millones de pesos, lo que representa un crecimiento de 3.3 por ciento. <\/p>\n<p>Cabe se\u00f1alar que el arranque de a\u00f1o para la banca se mantuvo por debajo de los niveles alcanzados en 2017. Hasta el cierre del primer semestre del a\u00f1o, si bien la entrega de cr\u00e9dito aument\u00f3, la inversi\u00f3n se coloc\u00f3 1.4% por debajo de lo observado en 2017.
