contingencias<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El <a href=\"https:\/\/www.colegiodearquitectoscdmx.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Colegio de Arquitectos de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico y la\u00a0Sociedad de Arquitectos Mexicanos <\/strong><\/a>\u00a0(CAM-SAM) consideran que la construcci\u00f3n del <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/2018\/09\/06\/naicm-es-mas-viable-y-confiable-que-santa-lucia-ingenieros\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Nuevo Aeropuerto Internacional de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico<\/a> (NAICM) es una apertura de oportunidades para la planeaci\u00f3n urbana-metropolitana.<\/p>\n<p>En conferencia de prensa, <strong>Susana Miranda Ruiz<\/strong>, presidenta de CAM-SAM, destac\u00f3 que esta obra permitir\u00e1 que las regiones aleda\u00f1as sean beneficiadas en el desarrollo social sostenible con mejoras en vivienda, infraestructura, servicios p\u00fablicos y ambientales.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLa ciudad se mostrar\u00e1 beneficiada porque la terminal tendr\u00e1 una buena ubicaci\u00f3n, tambi\u00e9n, la poblaci\u00f3n de la regi\u00f3n que necesita un impulso en su desarrollo econ\u00f3mico, por eso es que el Colegio participar\u00e1 con proyectos cercanos al nuevo aeropuerto\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Miranda Ru\u00edz.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, subray\u00f3 que est\u00e1n conscientes del impacto ambiental que conlleva la construcci\u00f3n de la obra por ello es que recomend\u00f3 implementar esquemas que mitiguen la acci\u00f3n, con el fin de evitar que crezca la mancha urbana.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEs necesario matizar los procesos urbanos, incluir mecanismos de control del desarrollo urbano y zonificaci\u00f3n primaria y secundaria, adem\u00e1s, planear zonas de reserva territorial, as\u00ed como estudiar y gestionar lo ambiental\u201d, subray\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>La presidenta indic\u00f3 que CAM-SAM hizo entrega de su postura al presidente electo, Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador, con el objetivo de que sean considerados en futuros proyectos y resoluciones que tengan que ver con el sector.<\/p>\n<p>En otro tema, dio a conocer que el Colegio form\u00f3 un<strong>\u00a0Comit\u00e9 T\u00e9cnico<\/strong> para desarrollar protocolos en funci\u00f3n de contingencias, como el de los sismos de septiembre del 2017, para ello, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que se han llevado a cabo reuniones con los pr\u00f3ximos mandatarios de las 16 alcald\u00edas de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico para realizar resiliencias en las demarcaciones.<\/p>\n<p>La idea, es que miembros pertenecientes a la Sociedad de Arquitectos participen activamente en el reconocimiento de los espacios, para que, en un futuro y de ser necesario, desarrollen soluciones a problemas urbanos arquitect\u00f3nicos y de esta manera cumplir con el servicio social que les compete por su
