los pr\u00f3ximos cinco a\u00f1os,<a href=\"http:\/\/funo.mx\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong> Fibra Uno<\/strong><\/a>, fideicomiso de bienes ra\u00edces, analiza la expansi\u00f3n de su negocio duplicando su portafolio en el segmento de <strong>naves industriales<\/strong> para los pr\u00f3ximos cinco a\u00f1os, de acuerdo con\u00a0Gonzalo Robina, director general adjunto de la firma.<\/p>\n<p>En conferencia de prensa realizada hace unos d\u00edas, el directivo del <strong>Fibra<\/strong> explic\u00f3 que actualmente su portafolio de inmuebles industriales tiene una extensi\u00f3n de <strong>4.1 millones<\/strong> de metros cuadrados (m\u00b2) de \u00e1rea bruta rentable, que representan casi la mitad de sus propiedades desarrolladas.<\/p>\n<p>Agreg\u00f3 que con esta nueva estrategia de expansi\u00f3n del negocio, esperar\u00edan que al menos<strong> 40%<\/strong> de los <strong>ingresos<\/strong> de Fibra Uno provengan del segmento industrial, si existen las condiciones adecuadas en la econom\u00eda del pa\u00eds para realizar esta inversi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Gonzalo Robina enfatiz\u00f3 que actualmente se han encontrado con varios obst\u00e1culos para la construcci\u00f3n de nuevas naves industriales, sin embargo concentrar\u00e1n sus esfuerzos especialmente en el mercado de la <strong>Ciudad de M\u00e9xico<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Actualmente el portafolio de FUNO se compone de\u00a0116 propiedades y una ocupaci\u00f3n de 97.3% en sus inmuebles, donde el segmento industrial es el m\u00e1s grande, el comercial de 38% y el de oficinas que representa el 13% de estos desarrollos.\u00a0Adem\u00e1s se encuentra desarrollando varios proyectos en un \u00e1rea de 500,000\u00a0m\u00b2, con lo que
