As\u00ed, en este periodo, la industria creci\u00f3 en 238,000 millones de pesos, en contraste con los 159,000 millones de pesos de crecimiento que registr\u00f3 entre 2008 y 2012.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed lo dio a conocer <strong>Rosario Robles Berlanga<\/strong>, titular de la Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Agrario, Territorial y Urbano (<strong>Sedatu<\/strong>), quien destac\u00f3 que este resultado refleja la transformaci\u00f3n que vivi\u00f3 la industria en la actual administraci\u00f3n. Enfatiz\u00f3 que mientras en 2012 el sector presentaba retrocesos, hoy es un sector s\u00f3lido y con potencial.<\/p>\n<p>Al participar en la ceremonia inaugural del <strong>Simposio de Financiamiento a la Vivienda<\/strong>, que organiza la Asociaci\u00f3n de Bancos de Mexico (ABM), la funcionaria se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el actual sexenio pasar\u00e1 a la historia como &#8216;el sexenio de la vivienda\u2019. Dijo que el mote quedar\u00e1 por haber impulsado una pol\u00edtica que permiti\u00f3 ordenar y dinamizar el sector, incentivar la vivienda de mayor calidad, as\u00ed como por las acciones de organismos como el <strong>Infonavit<\/strong> y <strong>Fovissste<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cEn los cuatro primeros a\u00f1os de esta administraci\u00f3n el PIB del sector vivienda creci\u00f3 en 238,000 millones de pesos(&#8230;) Adem\u00e1s, en 2016, el a\u00f1o medido m\u00e1s recientemente por el INEGI, el PIB de la vivienda registr\u00f3 un crecimiento real anual de 4.5% con respecto a 2015. Esto representa el mayor crecimiento del PIB de la vivienda desde 2008\u201d, dijo. <\/p>\n<p>En su mensaje, la Secretaria destac\u00f3 que en lo que va del sexenio se han concretado m\u00e1s de 7 millones de acciones de vivienda en materia de financiamiento o subsidio. Subray\u00f3 que m\u00e1s de 6 millones de estas acciones se realizaron a trav\u00e9s de los organismos p\u00fablicos. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>De acuerdo con Rosario
