Sin embargo, iniciada la transici\u00f3n se han retomado las pl\u00e1ticas para la toma de decisiones\u00a0de los inversionistas nacionales y extranjeros, lo cual es indicio de confianza en el sector.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As\u00ed lo indici\u00f3 <strong>Giovanni D\u00b4Agostino<\/strong>, presidente para M\u00e9xico y director regional para Latinoam\u00e9rica de <strong>Newmark Knight Frank<\/strong> (NKF) al destacar que de toda la regi\u00f3n,\u00a0la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico lider\u00f3 el inventario\u00a0industrial al presentar un crecimiento de 218,000 metros cuadrados (m\u00b2) al 1S2018, con lo cual cierra dicho periodo cerca de los 10 millones de m\u00b2 entre los 9 corredores industriales en la ZMCM.<\/p>\n<p>La superficie en construcci\u00f3n aument\u00f3 a\u00a0<strong>435,661<\/strong>\u00a0m\u00b2, mientras que la absorci\u00f3n trimestral se\u00a0elev\u00f3 a\u00a0<strong>237,978<\/strong> m\u00b2 y redujo a\u00a0<strong>5.5%<\/strong>\u00a0la tasa de disponibilidad. Adem\u00e1s, con la expansi\u00f3n del comercio electr\u00f3nico, empresas como Mercado Libre mostraron n\u00fameros positivos el semestre. \u00c9sta cerr\u00f3 la adquisici\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de 97,000 m\u00b2 en el corredor de Tepotzotl\u00e1n, al norte de la ciudad, con lo cual, la absorci\u00f3n acumulada ascendi\u00f3 a 357,600 m\u00b2 y el precio de renta promedio se redujo a 5.30\/m\u00b2\/mes.<\/p>\n<p>Cabe destacar que en toda la regi\u00f3n latinoamericana, el\u00a0mercado inmobiliario industrial present\u00f3 un ritmo estable al haber alcanzado un inventario\u00a0de\u00a0<strong>38.89<\/strong>\u00a0millones de m\u00b2, es decir, m\u00e1s de\u00a0<strong>2.6 millones\u00a0<\/strong>de m\u00b2 comparado con el 1S2017.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adem\u00e1s, de acuerdo al reporte de Newmark Knight Frank para la regi\u00f3n, durante el\u00a01S2018, la actividad de la construcci\u00f3n se mantuvo sin cambios dr\u00e1sticos con\u00a0<strong>1.96<\/strong>\u00a0millones de m\u00b2, a pesar de la poca din\u00e1mica que experimentan las ciudades brasile\u00f1as de R\u00edo de Janeiro y Sao Paulo. La absorci\u00f3n semestral de la regi\u00f3n sum\u00f3\u00a0<strong>1.63 millones\u00a0<\/strong>de m\u00b2, cerca de\u00a0<strong>55<\/strong>% superior al mismo periodo de 2017.<\/p>\n<p
