en CDMX deber\u00e1n cumplir con normas de impacto urbano"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Cambios en el Reglamento de Construcciones obliga a desarrolladores a justificar modificaciones en obras<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El gobierno de la <strong>Ciudad de M\u00e9xico<\/strong> realiz\u00f3 cambios en el <a href=\"http:\/\/cgservicios.df.gob.mx\/prontuario\/vigente\/r38501.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Reglamento de Construcciones<\/strong><\/a>, en donde reform\u00f3 que los desarrolladores de alguna obra en construcci\u00f3n o ya concluida est\u00e1n obligados a cumplir con absolutamente todas las medidas de mitigaci\u00f3n de impacto urbano y la dispersi\u00f3n de agua, para tener autorizaci\u00f3n de ocupar el inmueble.<\/p>\n<p>Mediante la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cdmx.gob.mx\/gobierno\/gaceta\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Gaceta Oficial de la CDMX<\/strong><\/a>, se dio a conocer el decret\u00f3 para hacer modificaciones en el art\u00edculo 65 del reglamento, en donde se estipula que los particulares deber\u00e1n entregar a la delegaci\u00f3n o a la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.seduvi.cdmx.gob.mx\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Urbano y Vivienda<\/strong> <\/a>(Seduvi) el aviso de terminaci\u00f3n de obra para que estos autoricen el uso de la construcci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>A su vez, detall\u00f3 que si llega a existir diferencia entre la obra realizada y los planos registrados, deber\u00e1 existir una justificaci\u00f3n acreditada por los propietarios, el director responsable de obra o corresponsales, adem\u00e1s, tendr\u00e1n que otorgar el pago de los derechos por construir una superficie adicional.<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, describi\u00f3 que para las construcciones de tipo B y C la autoridad ser\u00e1 la encargada de dar el permiso de uso y ocupaci\u00f3n, solamente cuando la construcci\u00f3n cumpla con lo autorizado, cumpla con los requisitos de habitabilidad, seguridad, as\u00ed como con el cumplimiento de las condicionantes del Dictamen de Factibilidad de Servicios
