lo que genera que la gente busque otras opciones<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La compra de vivienda usada es la alternativa por la que las personas han optado, luego de que los insumos de la construcci\u00f3n han incrementado aproximadamente 2% y por ende la vivienda nueva haya elevado sus costos, asever\u00f3 Jorge Paredes Guerra, presidente de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.realtyworld.com.mx\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Realty World M\u00e9xico<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>En entrevista con <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/2018\/08\/23\/que-viene-para-sector\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Desde Centro Urbano<\/strong><\/a>, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que ha aumentado la demanda de viviendas usadas principalmente en la zona metropolitana de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, lo que ha sido favorable para el sector.<\/p>\n<p>A su vez, destac\u00f3 que las instituciones y los mercados financieros reaccionaron favorablemente a los resultados de las elecciones pasadas, \u201cel peso gan\u00f3 terreno en semanas posteriores a la elecci\u00f3n, en general la confianza ha regresado y eso ha producido que se recuperen las ventas de los bienes ra\u00edces, as\u00ed como en la inversi\u00f3n comercial\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que en el sector de la vivienda se espera, para el primer a\u00f1o del nuevo sexenio, un crecimiento lento mientras que la administraci\u00f3n ajusta sus planes y analiza las posibilidades de inversi\u00f3n y gasto p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cGeneralmente las inversiones empiezan a detonar hasta finales del primer a\u00f1o, creemos que, en ese sentido, el crecimiento ser\u00e1 de alrededor del 2 o 3%\u00a0 para
