As\u00ed, en la primera parte del a\u00f1o, en la entidad se otorgaron 49,980 cr\u00e9ditos, lo que represent\u00f3 una inversi\u00f3n de 17,427 millones de pesos.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con datos de la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Vivienda (Conavi), la derrama generada represent\u00f3 un incremento de 5.5% en comparaci\u00f3n con lo invertido en el 1S2017. Cabe se\u00f1alar que en este periodo se destinaron 16,524 millones de pesos para la entrega de cr\u00e9dito.<\/p>\n<p>En este escenario, Infonavit se coloc\u00f3 como el organismo con mayor participaci\u00f3n, tanto en n\u00famero de acciones como en monto de inversi\u00f3n. En cuanto a cr\u00e9ditos otorgados, el organismo concret\u00f3 29,700 acciones, lo que representa un crecimiento de 4.8% en relaci\u00f3n al 1S2017. En el caso de la inversi\u00f3n realizada, el monto destinado por el organismo lleg\u00f3 a 8,165 millones de pesos, es decir, una variaci\u00f3n positiva de 4.3 por ciento.<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, la banca comercial cay\u00f3 en n\u00famero de acciones, pero mantuvo paso positivo en inversi\u00f3n. As\u00ed, este actor concret\u00f3 una inversi\u00f3n del orden de los 7,817 millones de pesos, lo que representa un aumento de 4% en relaci\u00f3n a la actividad observada en 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Cabe se\u00f1alar que del total de la inversi\u00f3n, 16,275 millones de pesos se dirigieron para la adquisici\u00f3n de vivienda, de los cuales 11,505 millones de pesos fueron en el rubro de vivienda nueva.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_76739\" style=\"width: 510px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a
