{"id":7649,"date":"2014-06-12T09:00:56","date_gmt":"2014-06-12T14:00:56","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=7649"},"modified":"2014-06-11T19:26:26","modified_gmt":"2014-06-12T00:26:26","slug":"asociacion-hipotecaria-mexicana-firma-acuerdo-en-espana","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/asociacion-hipotecaria-mexicana-firma-acuerdo-en-espana\/","title":{"rendered":"Asociaci\u00f3n Hipotecaria Mexicana firma acuerdo en Espa\u00f1a"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>LA AHM intercambiar\u00e1 de informaci\u00f3n con su similar espa\u00f1ola<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La visita al Sal\u00f3n Inmobiliario de Madrid SIMA 2014 fue productiva para la delegaci\u00f3n de M\u00e9xico, ya que se firmaron diversos convenios de colaboraci\u00f3n que beneficiar\u00e1n al sector de la vivienda.<\/p>\n<p>La Asociaci\u00f3n Hipotecaria Mexicana y la Asociaci\u00f3n Hipotecaria Espa\u00f1ola llegaron a un acuerdo para la cooperaci\u00f3n entre ambas con el objetivo de mejorar el funcionamiento de sus respectivos mercados hipotecarios nacionales y existir\u00e1 una comunicaci\u00f3n permanente para poder organizar e implementar actividades que ayuden al crecimiento de las asociaciones involucradas.<\/p>\n<p>Ambos se comprometen a colaborar en el intercambio de jornadas hipotecarias, establecer v\u00ednculos de trabajo para ejecutar y dar seguimiento a las distintas actividades, as\u00ed como informar al semestre a los representantes del mismo, los resultados y avances que se vayan generando.<\/p>\n<p>En este convenio firmado por Daniel Leal D\u00edaz Conti, presidente de la Asociaci\u00f3n Hipotecaria Mexicana y Santos Gonz\u00e1lez, presidente de la Asociaci\u00f3n Hipotecaria Espa\u00f1ola.<\/p>\n<p>La industria de la vivienda es motor de la econom\u00eda mexicana, la cual genera 3.5 millones de empleos directos y el doble de indirectos a nivel nacional; aporta 4% al PIB y, adem\u00e1s, conlleva una creaci\u00f3n real de patrimonio habitacional a nivel nacional, inexistente hace algunas d\u00e9cadas entre las familias con menores ingresos.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;
