El \u00e9xito de esta colocaci\u00f3n refleja el compromiso del p\u00fablico inversionista en la empresa y el sector inmobiliario de M\u00e9xico\u201d, dijo Gerardo Madrigal, director de Administraci\u00f3n y Finanzas.<\/p>\n<p>En febrero de este a\u00f1o, Be Grand realiz\u00f3 la emisi\u00f3n de Certificados Burs\u00e1tiles por un monto total de 1,500 millones de pesos por lo que con esta nueva fase el grupo espera detonar nuevos proyectos para la inversi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Entre los inversionistas que participaron en la colocaci\u00f3n de los CKDs de Be Grand destacaron Seguros Met Life, Afore Banorte, Afore Banamex y la compa\u00f1\u00eda de inversi\u00f3n global Temasek, en tanto que el Grupo Financiero BBVA Bancomer fungi\u00f3 como Agente Estructurador e Intermediario
