presidente de la <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cmic.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>C\u00e1mara Mexicana de la Industria de la Construcci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/a> (CMIC), Eduardo Ram\u00edrez Leal, asever\u00f3 que la cancelaci\u00f3n del <a href=\"http:\/\/www.aeropuerto.gob.mx\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Nuevo Aeropuerto Internacional de M\u00e9xico<\/a> (NAIM) afectar\u00eda la inversi\u00f3n de empresas agremiadas que ya contaban con contratos.<\/p>\n<p>Durante una conferencia de prensa, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la CMIC est\u00e1 a la espera de los resultados de los <strong>dict\u00e1menes<\/strong> que realiz\u00f3 el equipo t\u00e9cnico del presidente electo,\u00a0<strong>Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador,<\/strong> a la construcci\u00f3n de la nueva terminal, para posteriormente analizarlo y dar a conocer de manera p\u00fablica s\u00ed se contin\u00faa con el proyecto.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMa\u00f1ana nos digar\u00e1n qu\u00e9 fue lo que encontraron, esperemos que sea para bien que contin\u00fae la obra, se combata la corrupci\u00f3n y que todo siga hac\u00eda adelante por el bien del pa\u00eds y del crecimiento\u201d, coment\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>En otro tema, el presidente de la CMIC refiri\u00f3 que para los meses que restan del 2018 las obras sufrir\u00e1n un encarecimiento de aproximadamente 8%, debido al incremento de precios de insumos en materiales como el acero y la varilla.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, explic\u00f3 que el sector estima que en la construcci\u00f3n de vivienda habr\u00e1 un increment\u00f3 de 4.5% en los costos, \u201clos constructores han absorbido los incrementos de precio de sus principales insumos, pero ya comenzar\u00e1n a repercutir en el precio final de las obras, en cuanto a la obra p\u00fablica se recurrir\u00e1 a la Ley de Obra P\u00fablica para recuperar los sobrecostos\u201d, concluy\u00f3.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Constructores
