alimentos, retail, moda y entretenimiento<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El gobierno municipal de Naucalpan anunci\u00f3 la inversi\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de 2,000 millones de pesos para la construcci\u00f3n de un proyecto inmobiliario de usos m\u00faltiples en Ciudad Sat\u00e9lite, que contempla un centro comercial, un hotel de 14 pisos y una torre de oficinas, y se prev\u00e9 pueda estar completo hasta el a\u00f1o 2021.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00edctor Hugo G\u00e1lvez Astorga, presidente municipal de dicha localidad, detall\u00f3 que el centro comercial iniciar\u00e1 operaciones en el segundo trimestre de 2020 y el inmueble completo en el tercer trimestre de 2021; agreg\u00f3 que \u00abesta\u00a0zona de esparcimiento com\u00fan, cuya construcci\u00f3n arranc\u00f3 en julio de 2017, brindar\u00e1 \u00e1reas de entretenimiento y servicios de alta calidad a los mexiquenses y a los for\u00e1neos\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abCon este inmueble se impulsar\u00e1 el crecimiento de los alrededores, pero sobre todo se atraer\u00e1n nuevas inversiones en beneficio de la comunidad\u00bb, agrega G\u00e1lvez Astorga.<\/p>\n<p>El inmueble que se construye en el Circuito Centro Comercial Fraccionamiento Ciudad Sat\u00e9lite, contar\u00e1 con una tienda de autoservicio, un gimnasio, ocho salas de cine, 30 locales comerciales, cuatro restaurantes, una terraza interior, dos terrazas exteriores y cuatro niveles de uso comercial; se estima una afluencia de cuatro mil 500 veh\u00edculos repartidos en el centro comercial, el hotel y la torre de oficinas.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con las autoridades, se espera sea un \u00abtrampol\u00edn\u00bb para la industria hotelera, automotriz, de alimentos, retail, moda y entretenimiento.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abSe abrir\u00e1 la ventana al mundo para que Naucalpan sea visto como un municipio clave para la inversi\u00f3n, debido a su gran dinamismo en la econom\u00eda local y nacional, porque en \u00e9l albergan diferentes atractivos tur\u00edsticos como el Parque Naucalli, el
