Por lo menos en el periodo 2013-2016, ambos mostraron una tendencia al alza, que se vio interrumpida con una desaceleraci\u00f3n en el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o. <\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed, al cierre de 2017, la venta de vivienda en los segmentos residencial y plus alcanz\u00f3 las 34,454 unidades a nivel nacional. De este total, 24.96% se registr\u00f3 en la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, con lo que la capital del pa\u00eds lider\u00f3 la venta en ambos segmentos. <\/p>\n<p>De manera particular, de enero a diciembre de 2017, se report\u00f3 la venta de 26,404 unidades del segmento residencial y 8,050 del plus en toda la Rep\u00fablica. Para la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, el n\u00famero de operaciones en el segmento residencial lleg\u00f3 a 5,563 y de plus a 1,085.<\/p>\n<p>Lee el texto completo <a
