{"id":75474,"date":"2018-07-17T10:00:29","date_gmt":"2018-07-17T15:00:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=75474"},"modified":"2018-08-06T10:22:31","modified_gmt":"2018-08-06T15:22:31","slug":"industria-vallejo-quiere-mantenerse-zona-activa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/publicaciones\/industria-vallejo-quiere-mantenerse-zona-activa\/","title":{"rendered":"M\u00e9xico mantiene \u00e1reas de oportunidad inmobiliaria"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Distintas inversiones que se detuvieron por el TLC se retomaron, principalmente en el sector industrial; desarrollo de centros comerciales es uno de los que han crecido m\u00e1s  <\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El desarrollo inmobiliario en M\u00e9xico es una de las industrias m\u00e1s grandes del pa\u00eds, las empresas que integran a la Asociaci\u00f3n de Desarrolladores Inmobiliario (ADI) participan en esta actividad con una inversi\u00f3n, en lo que va del actual sexenio, superior a los 36,000 millones de d\u00f3lares, esto es 21% m\u00e1s la Inversi\u00f3n Extranjera Directa, que registr\u00f3 29,700 millones, seg\u00fan datos de la Secretar\u00eda de Econom\u00eda. <\/p>\n<p>Las 81 empresas que integran a la ADI son quienes impulsan con mayor fuerza este sector de la econom\u00eda, ya que generan 260,000 empleos anuales. Hasta el primer trimestre de este a\u00f1o ten\u00edan 584 inmuebles que acumulaban 65 millones de metros cuadrados (m\u00b2). <\/p>\n<p>Aunque sus inversiones se distribuyen en todo el pa\u00eds, la mayor\u00eda de los desarrollos se concentran en Quintana Roo, con 22 proyectos; Yucat\u00e1n, con 25 obras; Estado de M\u00e9xico, con 63 desarrollos; Jalisco, con 155 inmuebles y la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, con 156. <\/p>\n<p>En el caso de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, cinco delegaciones concentran la mayor cantidad de proyectos.
