Tips para invertir en casa"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>El porcentaje ideal del gasto de vivienda no debe superar el 30% de los ingresos<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>En M\u00e9xico se estima que la poblaci\u00f3n entre los 25 y los 35 a\u00f1os, en promedio, muestra inter\u00e9s para adquirir una casa, una tendencia que se mantendr\u00e1 en los pr\u00f3ximos cinco a\u00f1os, sin embargo se deben tomar en cuenta ciertos factores que podr\u00edan poner en riesgo su patrimonio y dinero, ya sea en <strong>compra o renta<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con la arquitecta\u00a0<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Valeria Gonz\u00e1lez, de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.helvexbydesigners.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Helvex by Designers<\/a>, calcular la inversi\u00f3n debe ser uno de los factores fundamentales antes de tomar una decisi\u00f3n tan importante como esta.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00abEl porcentaje ideal del gasto de vivienda no debe superar el 30% de los ingresos, raz\u00f3n por la que es recomendable hacer una b\u00fasqueda profunda para encontrar un espacio que se ajuste a dicho presupuesto. Si el lugar so\u00f1ado sobrepasa la cifra, una buena opci\u00f3n es tener <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>roomies<\/strong>, <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">para compartir gastos\u00bb, detalla la especialista.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00bfCu\u00e1nta es la cantidad ideal que se debe ahorrar\u00a0del salario para arrendar una propiedad? Seg\u00fan c\u00e1lculos propuestos por profesionales financieros existe una f\u00f3rmula que puede beneficiar la econom\u00eda de cualquier individual, al dividir el ingreso de la siguiente manera: 50\/30\/20&#8243;, detall\u00f3 el portal en un comunicado.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Esto significa\u00a0que 50% debe ser asignado a gastos b\u00e1sicos (alimentos, pago de servicios, renta y\/o hipoteca), 30% a gastos personales (ropa, entretenimiento y esparcimiento) y 20% al ahorro.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de este factor, tambi\u00e9n es importante considerar el espacio, desde el\u00a0<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0n\u00famero de cuartos, ba\u00f1os, estacionamiento e incluso \u00e1reas compartidas como el gimnasio o el sal\u00f3n de usos m\u00faltiples, y\u00a0evitar zonas ca\u00f3ticas en cuesti\u00f3n de tr\u00e1nsito o carencia de vialidades que limiten la accesibilidad a la zona, as\u00ed sea para el trabajo o la escuela.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, se debe tomar en cuenta que t<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">odos los inmuebles incluyen elementos de gran importancia tanto est\u00e9tica como funcional: paredes, pisos, puertas, manijas, regaderas, muebles sanitarios, llaves de ba\u00f1o y cocina.
