{"id":74774,"date":"2018-07-20T12:15:20","date_gmt":"2018-07-20T17:15:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=74774"},"modified":"2018-07-20T12:30:12","modified_gmt":"2018-07-20T17:30:12","slug":"no-debe-parar-el-desarrollo-inmobiliario-apci","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/inmobiliario\/no-debe-parar-el-desarrollo-inmobiliario-apci\/","title":{"rendered":"No debe parar el desarrollo inmobiliario: APCI"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Especialistas descartan afectaciones\u00a0por plan de descentralizaci\u00f3n\u00a0<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>\u00c1ngel Vald\u00e9s, presidente de la Asociaci\u00f3n de Profesionales en Comercializaci\u00f3n Inmobiliaria (<strong>APCI<\/strong>),\u00a0descart\u00f3 afectaciones al sector inmobiliario con los nuevos planes de gobierno, a pesar de que se ha registrado una desaceleraci\u00f3n en el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o, sin embargo\u00a0asever\u00f3 que\u00a0se pueden hallar oportunidades\u00a0para que no se detenga su desarrollo.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEsto se debe en gran medida al proceso electoral que se vivi\u00f3 en el pa\u00eds, adem\u00e1s de las afectaciones provocadas por el sismo del 19S; las personas han estado muy cuidadosas al momento de realizar inversiones; sin embargo, el sector es muy noble y d\u00eda a d\u00eda muchas personas necesitan un inmueble y por ello no se ha frenado completamente\u201d, declar\u00f3 durante la presentaci\u00f3n del primer \u00ab<a href=\"https:\/\/www.lamudi.com.mx\/Reporte-del-Mercado-Inmobiliario-Residencial-CDMX-2018\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Reporte Inmobiliario Residencial de la CDMX<\/a>\u00bb de <strong>Lamudi<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Sobre los planes de Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador para la descentralizaci\u00f3n del gobierno federal, el presidente de la APCI descart\u00f3 afectaciones al crecimiento del sector inmobiliario de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico\u00a0e indic\u00f3\u00a0que la descentralizaci\u00f3n pueda acelerar el crecimiento inmobiliario en ciudades como <strong>Quer\u00e9taro o el Baj\u00edo<\/strong>, con un desarrollo importante en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abEn el caso de la capital la propuesta fortalecer\u00eda a las delegaciones, en tanto la\u00a0ciudad\u00a0va a seguir creciendo. Descentralizar al gobierno no va a mover a las industrias, todo el sector econ\u00f3mico de M\u00e9xico est\u00e1 aqu\u00ed\u00bb, apunt\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>La Ciudad de M\u00e9xico sigue siendo la entidad que registra el mayor crecimiento en temas de desarrollo inmobiliario, tanto a nivel p\u00fablico como privado, y de acuerdo con Lamudi persiste un alza en la din\u00e1mica de oferta y demanda, especialmente para la vivienda.<\/p>\n<p>En ese contexto, Daniel Narv\u00e1ez, Gerente de Mercadotecnia de Lamudi destac\u00f3 que \u00abse trata del mercado m\u00e1s importante a nivel nacional y debido a sus condiciones demogr\u00e1ficas; creemos que no habr\u00e1 freno al desarrollo inmobiliario, adem\u00e1s de que vemos una sinergia entre el gobierno y la inversi\u00f3n privada para generar certidumbre en los nuevos planes de gobierno \u00ab, declar\u00f3<\/p>\n<p>Durante la presentaci\u00f3n del primer \u00abReporte Inmobiliario Residencial de la <strong>CDMX<\/strong>\u00ab, el portal\u00a0inmobiliario destac\u00f3 que de acuerdo con el an\u00e1lisis de los indicadores se espera una proyecci\u00f3n al alza en el modelo de vivienda en venta
