{"id":74762,"date":"2018-07-20T09:32:12","date_gmt":"2018-07-20T14:32:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=74762"},"modified":"2018-07-20T09:55:16","modified_gmt":"2018-07-20T14:55:16","slug":"proyecta-javer-crecimiento","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/proyecta-javer-crecimiento\/","title":{"rendered":"Proyecta Javer crecimiento de doble d\u00edgito en ingresos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Debido al buen cierre del 1S2018, la firma elev\u00f3 sus proyecciones de crecimiento en Ebitda<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>A decir de Ren\u00e9 Mart\u00ednez, director general de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.javer.com.mx\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Javer<\/a>, el panorama para la industria de la vivienda en el 2S2018 es favorable. De manera particular, para la empresa que representa, la perspectiva de crecimiento se mantiene a lo planteado al inicio de a\u00f1o, y en algunos rubros se mejora. <\/p>\n<p>Luego de presentar el <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/2018\/07\/19\/reporta-javer-incremento-de-21-en-ingresos\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">reporte <\/a>correspondiente al 2T2018, el empresario, detall\u00f3 que Javer proyecta un crecimiento de doble digito en el rubro de <strong>ingresos<\/strong>. Y a\u00f1adi\u00f3 que en el caso del <strong>Ebitda <\/strong>las expectativas se han elevado, y se espera un incremento en el rubro de 7.5 por ciento. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cDebido a que no tenemos identificado ning\u00fan factor o indicador econ\u00f3mico que nos haga pensar en una desaceleraci\u00f3n para nuestra industria, reiteramos crecimiento de doble digito en ingresos, y modificamos nuestra expectativa de crecimiento para la UAFIDA a 7.5%, el cual se encuentra en el rango alto de la comentado inicialmente\u00bb, se\u00f1al\u00f3. <\/p>\n<p>Sobre los resultados de la firma en el <strong>2T2018<\/strong>, Ren\u00e9 Mart\u00ednez destac\u00f3 que los n\u00fameros observados fueron positivos, con incrementos importantes en relaci\u00f3n a lo observado entre los meses abril y junio 2017. Subray\u00f3 que el <strong>proceso electoral<\/strong> no represent\u00f3 un impedimento para el buen paso de la firma. <\/p>\n<p>El Director General de Javer detall\u00f3 que en el periodo reportado se inici\u00f3 con la escrituraci\u00f3n de dos proyectos nuevos de los segmentos medio y residencial. Aunado a lo anterior, coment\u00f3, se consolid\u00f3 el proceso de escrituraci\u00f3n en los tres fraccionamientos puestos en marcha al arranque del a\u00f1o. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cLa inercia por el cambio de la oferta de producto para mantener una mezcla m\u00e1s orientada a los sectores medio-residencial, provocaron el super\u00e1vit en el margen bruto, tanto en pesos como en porcentaje. Dicho beneficio acumulado al cierre de este trimestre nos ayudar\u00e1 a abatir los incrementos potenciales en el precio de algunos de nuestros principales insumos que se prev\u00e9n puedan tomar
