{"id":74747,"date":"2018-07-19T18:38:50","date_gmt":"2018-07-19T23:38:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=74747"},"modified":"2018-07-19T19:00:22","modified_gmt":"2018-07-20T00:00:22","slug":"crecen-ingresos-de-city-express-al-2t2018","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/inmobiliario\/crecen-ingresos-de-city-express-al-2t2018\/","title":{"rendered":"Crecen ingresos de City Express al 2T2018"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>De abril-junio de este a\u00f1o, la utilidad neta del grupo ascendi\u00f3 a 69.1 millones de pesos<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Lo resultados trimestrales de <strong>Hoteles City Express<\/strong> han sido favorables para la cadena hotelera pues al <strong>2T2018<\/strong> logr\u00f3 registrar ingresos totales por 708.8 millones de pesos, un aumento de aproximadamente 16 por ciento respecto al mismo periodo en 2017.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed mismo, por medio de un reporte el grupo destac\u00f3 que para el periodo de abril-junio de este a\u00f1o, la utilidad neta ascendi\u00f3 a 69.1 millones de pesos y el margen de utilidad neta alcanz\u00f3 9.7 por ciento.<\/p>\n<p>En tanto, la utilidad de operaci\u00f3n registr\u00f3 los 142.8 millones de pesos, lo cual refleja un incremento de 28.6 por ciento respecto al 2T2017.<\/p>\n<p>Luis Barrios, director General de Hoteles City Express, destac\u00f3 que el mercado fronterizo y los metropolitanos\u00a0muestran fortaleza, al igual que los del Golfo donde se registran m\u00e1s de 18 meses con crecimiento en <strong>RevPAR<\/strong> de doble d\u00edgito.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u00abUna adecuada diversificaci\u00f3n geogr\u00e1fica, industrial y de mercado nos permite mantener cifras crecientes a lo largo de los distintos corredores econ\u00f3micos en donde estamos presentes. El mejor ejemplo son los hoteles ubicados en corredor fronterizo y norte de M\u00e9xico, as\u00ed como los hoteles del Golfo de M\u00e9xico y aquellos dentro de la franja de extracci\u00f3n de hidrocarburos\u201d, destac\u00f3.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Agreg\u00f3 que estas cifras fueron posibles\u00a0debido a un incremento de 11.9% en el n\u00famero de Cuartos Noche Instalados a nivel Cadena, en combinaci\u00f3n con un crecimiento de 1.7% en habitaci\u00f3n disponible RevPAR.<\/p>\n<p>La cadena inform\u00f3 que el <strong>EBITDA<\/strong> y el <strong>EBITDA<\/strong> <strong>Ajustado<\/strong> registraron 236.3 millones y 235.5 millones de pesos, respectivamente, lo que a su vez resulta en incrementos de 19.7% y 16.6% en comparaci\u00f3n con el mismo periodo del a\u00f1o anterior.<\/p>\n<p>Cabe destacar que para el cierre del trimestre la cadena operaba 139 hoteles, un incremento de 14 nuevas unidades en comparaci\u00f3n con los 125 hoteles que operaban al
