{"id":7397,"date":"2014-06-05T15:00:39","date_gmt":"2014-06-05T20:00:39","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=7397"},"modified":"2014-06-04T23:34:54","modified_gmt":"2014-06-05T04:34:54","slug":"nuevo-sur-transformara-a-monterrey","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/entrevistas\/nuevo-sur-transformara-a-monterrey\/","title":{"rendered":"Nuevo Sur transformar\u00e1 a Monterrey"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>De acuerdo con el director general de MIRA Companies, Javier Barrios, el proyecto usos mixtos intenta redefinir c\u00f3mo vive la gente en la urbe<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El director general de MIRA Companies, Javier Barrios, destac\u00f3 que se est\u00e1 intentando redefinir c\u00f3mo la gente vive en la urbe, tratando de traer a las zonas urbanas espacios con escala y con la mezcla de usos y seguridad para que las personas realmente puedan recobrar la calidad de vida que ten\u00edan hace tiempo, tal es el caso del proyecto que actualmente llevan cabo en la ciudad de Monterrey llamado Nuevo Sur.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abEste es un proyecto que estamos haciendo en Monterrey, son dos mil 700 unidades residenciales, cien puertas comerciales, seis edificios de oficinas y un hotel. B\u00e1sicamente ahorita estamos entregando ya la fase uno, en donde a fines de verano se abre el centro comercial que tiene todos los usos, est\u00e1 anclado por cines, gimnasio, supermercado y otras tiendas de electr\u00f3nicos, entretenimiento, comida. Se va a volver un destino realmente en la zona sur de Monterrey\u00bb, enfatiz\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Este proyecto tendr\u00e1 un total de 400 mil metros cuadrados de obra. En su primera etapa, la cual est\u00e1n entregando actualmente, son 200 mil metros cuadrados de los cuales 120 mil son rentables y 80 mil de estacionamiento. Adem\u00e1s, tiene 600 unidades residenciales de las 2,700 totales y cuenta con el primer edificio de oficinas y el primer hotel de la etapa.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEsto est\u00e1 a un kil\u00f3metro del Tec que est\u00e1 aqu\u00ed, nosotros hicimos esta obra-infraestructura para la ciudad, para poder reprimir Av. Revoluci\u00f3n y tener una vinculaci\u00f3n peatonal a nivel de superficie con el Tec de Monterrey\u00bb, se\u00f1al\u00f3 el empresario.<\/p>\n<p>MIRA Companies se encuentra desarrollando 20,000 unidades urbanas; cuenta con aproximadamente 120,000 metros cuadrados comerciales; 80,000 de oficinas y otros usos como hoteles, un hospital, y una escuela.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abEstamos haciendo el campus de Colorado State University, lo estamos haciendo en nuestro \u00fanico proyecto que es destinado a segundas casas de extranjeros. Va a ser el primer campus de una universidad americana en M\u00e9xico, o el segundo porque acaban de anunciar una en Quer\u00e9taro, y este va a ser el centro global de investigaci\u00f3n del agua y de la agricultura\u00bb, resalt\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Javier Barrios aclar\u00f3 que la compa\u00f1\u00eda trabaja con recursos globales institucionales: \u00abHan fondeado todos nuestros desarrollos desde 2008 hasta la fecha. Ese compromiso de inversi\u00f3n ya acab\u00f3 y ahorita estamos por anunciar el cierre del segundo fondo para continuar con comunidades y estamos simult\u00e1neamente lanzando una plataforma de departamentos en renta\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, explic\u00f3 que en Nuevo Sur tienen los primeros 200 departamentos en un edificio administrado, dise\u00f1ado para ser vivienda en renta, ya
