en mayo de 2020. <\/p>\n<p>El anuncio lo realiz\u00f3 el gobernador, Carlos Mendoza, quien asegur\u00f3 que el hotel permitir\u00e1 elevar la competitividad de La Paz como destino tur\u00edstico en los segmentos m\u00e1s exclusivos. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cBaja California Sur es tierra de oportunidades, su infraestructura tur\u00edstica de calidad, bellezas naturales y gran riqueza cultural e hist\u00f3rica han conquistado la confianza y el inter\u00e9s de las m\u00e1s prestigiadas empresas a nivel mundial, como es el caso del <strong>consorcio AltaVista<\/strong>\u201d. <\/p>\n<p>El inmueble tendr\u00e1 45 villas privadas consideradas dentro del segmento gran turismo, que ser\u00e1n las primeras dentro de este tipo en La Paz, un restaurante signature de uno de los mejores 20 chef del mundo, spa wellness, adem\u00e1s de un campo de golf y estar\u00e1 ubicado Puerta Cort\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, dijo que esta obra representar\u00e1 m\u00faltiples beneficios tanto para el
