Debido a que el clima casi siempre es fr\u00edo la mayor\u00eda de sus platillos se consumen calientes.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_73543\" style=\"width: 209px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/seledka-pod-shuboy.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-73543\" class=\" wp-image-73543\" src=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/seledka-pod-shuboy.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"199\" height=\"145\" srcset=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/seledka-pod-shuboy.jpg 660w, https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/seledka-pod-shuboy-300x218.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 199px) 100vw, 199px\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-73543\" class=\"wp-caption-text\"><em>Seledka pod shuboy<\/em><\/p><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Uno de los platillos m\u00e1s populares es el <em>seledka pod shuboy<\/em>, que traducido quiere decir \u201cArenque en abrigo\u201d, se trata de una ensalada de capas de verduras cocidas, cebollas picadas y mayonesa sobre una capa de arenque salado.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Otra ensalada es la <em>olivie<\/em> o \u2018ensalada rusa\u2019, como se conoce en M\u00e9xico donde la preparamos con ingredientes similares, se elabora con papas, zanahoria, pollo, guisantes, pepinos, huevo y mayonesa. Durante el proceso tambi\u00e9n se le a\u00f1aden frutas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n son grandes consumidores de l\u00e1cteos, algunos son solo producidos en Rusia, como el reques\u00f3n <em>tv\u00f3rog<\/em> o el <em>k\u00e9fir<\/em>, una bebida similar al yogurt, pero con una fabricaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s sencilla y
