Sin embargo, de acuerdo con informaci\u00f3n de la divisi\u00f3n inmobiliaria de Mercado Libre, el precio puede ser bastante elevado.<\/p>\n<p>La firma analiz\u00f3 los cinco corredores de oficinas con mayor afluencia en toda la capital. Insurgentes, Reforma, Polanco, Santa Fe y Bosque de las Lomas fueron las \u00e1reas elegidas para el estudio. La Encuesta Origen-Destino 2017 del Inegi se\u00f1al\u00f3 a algunas de estas zonas como las de mayor afluencia de trabajadores en toda la Zona Metropolitana del Valle de M\u00e9xico (ZMVM).<\/p>\n<p>En el caso de la primera opci\u00f3n, las colonias aleda\u00f1as fueron Del Valle Norte, Del Valle Sur y Del Valle Centro; en promedio, los precios de las rentas de departamento ascienden a 17,609, 19,089 y 20,592 pesos respectivamente. Insurgentes Mixcoac registra un estimado de 20,759 pesos; la N\u00e1poles alcanza los 21,985 pesos, mientras que la zona m\u00e1s costosa del corredor es San Jos\u00e9 Insurgentes, con 26,244 pesos mensuales.<\/p>\n<p>El corredor Reforma tiene cercan\u00eda con colonias como Condesa y Ju\u00e1rez. En la primera el promedio de renta es de 28,825 pesos, mientras que la segunda es m\u00e1s competitiva: 26,212 pesos. Anzures reporta un estimado de 24,048 pesos, en tanto Roma Norte cuenta con los precios m\u00e1s bajos, pues oscilan alrededor de los 21,957 pesos mensuales.<\/p>\n<p>El gran conglomerado que forman Santa Fe, Polanco, Chapultepec y Bosque de las Lomas re\u00fane a miles de trabajadores al d\u00eda, por lo cual aparece como una opci\u00f3n atractiva. Sin embargo, los precios son altos: Santa Fe es la zona m\u00e1s competitiva, con un promedio de 35,915 pesos; Polanco llega a los 58,463 pesos mensuales.
