En este tenor, la inversi\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n registr\u00f3 una disminuci\u00f3n del orden de 1.3 por ciento. <\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con <strong>Enrique Margain Pitman<\/strong>, director de Cr\u00e9dito Hipotecario de HSBC, la perspectiva para 2018 en materia de cr\u00e9dito hipotecario es similar a la de 2017. Dijo que, si bien el n\u00famero de acciones podr\u00eda tener una disminuci\u00f3n marginal de no m\u00e1s un d\u00edgito, el monto de inversi\u00f3n se mantendr\u00eda en t\u00e9rminos similares al a\u00f1o pasado. <\/p>\n<p>En conferencia, el banquero explic\u00f3 que aunque el aumento en la tasa de inter\u00e9s observado ha sido marginal, s\u00ed impact\u00f3 en la colocaci\u00f3n de cr\u00e9dito en el arranque de a\u00f1o. Aunado a lo anterior, dijo, el incremento en el valor de la vivienda tambi\u00e9n repercuti\u00f3 en el resultado. <\/p>\n<p>Por parte de la banca comercial, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que en el periodo el n\u00famero de financiamientos otorgados disminuy\u00f3 22.9%, mientras que en t\u00e9rminos de inversi\u00f3n la cifra cay\u00f3 12.9 por ciento.
