Subray\u00f3 que esta din\u00e1mica llevar\u00eda a la instalaci\u00f3n de conjuntos habitacionales en zonas econ\u00f3micas con mayor riesgo crediticio.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAun cuando hoy en d\u00eda el sector de desarrolladores de vivienda se observa diversificado y con una solidez financiera y flexibilidad operativa, esto pudiera cambiar con las nuevas pol\u00edticas de vivienda que defina el gobierno entrante, como sucedi\u00f3 en los inicios del actual gobierno, cuando este defini\u00f3 una nueva Pol\u00edtica de Vivienda en 2013, favoreciendo la ubicaci\u00f3n sobre el volumen, lo que impacto negativamente a las grandes desarrolladoras de ese momento\u201d, destac\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>En su an\u00e1lisis, la agencia internacional apunt\u00f3 que, en 2013, con el cambio y la puesta en marcha de la actual pol\u00edtica de vivienda, la vivienderas que priorizaron en su modelo de operaci\u00f3n la rentabilidad sobre el volumen de construcci\u00f3n, tomaron el liderazgo de la industria. Enfatiz\u00f3 que, si bien esto represent\u00f3 una disminuci\u00f3n en el ritmo de ventas y reservas, repercuti\u00f3 en una mayor generaci\u00f3n de flujo operativo.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c(Este \u00faltimo factor) permiti\u00f3 limitar sus niveles de endeudamiento y mejorar sus indicadores de liquidez y solvencia\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En 2013, el
