{"id":72066,"date":"2018-05-24T18:20:50","date_gmt":"2018-05-24T23:20:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=72066"},"modified":"2018-05-24T18:20:50","modified_gmt":"2018-05-24T23:20:50","slug":"sector-inmobiliario-veracruz-estable-pesar-crisis","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/inmobiliario\/sector-inmobiliario-veracruz-estable-pesar-crisis\/","title":{"rendered":"Sector inmobiliario en Veracruz, estable a pesar de crisis"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Disminuci\u00f3n de ventas en residencial y residencial medio; inter\u00e9s social, inter\u00e9s medio y residencial plus aumentan<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/jesusmorales.mx\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Jes\u00fas Morales<\/strong><\/a>, presidente de la secci\u00f3n Xalapa de la <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ampi.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Asociaci\u00f3n Mexicana de Profesionales Inmobiliarios (AMPI)<\/strong><\/a>, consider\u00f3 que a pesar de la contracci\u00f3n del mercado inmobiliario en lo que va del primer semestre del a\u00f1o, el ramo del desarrollo \u201cva bien\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Aclar\u00f3 que no todo el sector tiene las mismas din\u00e1micas. Las \u00e1reas m\u00e1s afectadas son residencial y residencial medio; sin embargo, en la capital veracruzana los rubros de inter\u00e9s social, inter\u00e9s medio y residencial plus registran n\u00fameros satisfactorios.<\/p>\n<p>Morales enfatiz\u00f3 que los cr\u00e9ditos otorgados por Infonavit y Fovissste se dirigen al inter\u00e9s social e inter\u00e9s medio. Mientras una vivienda de inter\u00e9s social concluida tarda entre 30 y 45 d\u00edas en venderse, la de inter\u00e9s medio o residencial llega a extenderse hasta 6 meses en inventario. Las casas residencial plus pueden durar dos meses, pero tambi\u00e9n llegan a exceder el a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, el empresario se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el costo de una casa de inter\u00e9s social asciende a cerca de 600,000 pesos; una de inter\u00e9s medio, entre 800,000 y 900,000 pesos. Las residenciales, al estar acondicionadas espec\u00edficamente para los clientes, llegan a precios cercanos a los 3.5 millones de pesos.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Disminuci\u00f3n de ventas en residencial y residencial medio;
