infraestructura<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cmic.org.mx\/cmic\/ceesco\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Centro de Estudios Econ\u00f3micos del Sector de la Construcci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/a> (CEESCO) dio a conocer que el sector mexicano de la construcci\u00f3n increment\u00f3 la estimaci\u00f3n de crecimiento para el a\u00f1o en curso, de 0.3% y 1% <strong>a<\/strong>\u00a01.0% y 2.0%, el cual est\u00e1 basado en cifras del <a href=\"http:\/\/www.inegi.org.mx\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Instituto Nacional de Estad\u00edstica y Geograf\u00eda<\/strong><\/a> (Inegi).<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con el an\u00e1lisis de la instituci\u00f3n dependiente de\u00a0la C\u00e1mara Mexicana de la Industria de la Construcci\u00f3n (CMIC), durante el primer trimestre del a\u00f1o, la industria creci\u00f3 1.5%, por ello se cambi\u00f3 el pron\u00f3stico, en espera de superar el desempe\u00f1o del 2017, en el que se registr\u00f3 una contrataci\u00f3n de 1.0% anual.<\/p>\n<p>Este impulso ser\u00e1 gracias a la <strong>construcci\u00f3n inmobiliaria residencial<\/strong> para estratos medios y altos, de oficinas y usos mixtos, tambi\u00e9n se deber\u00e1 por el crecimiento de la<strong> infraestructura comercial<\/strong>, de servicios, hoteler\u00eda y tur\u00edstica.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, el subsector de trabajos especializados se ve beneficiado por la etapa de demolici\u00f3n y reconstrucci\u00f3n, luego de los sismos presentados en septiembre del 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, las obras de<strong> ingenier\u00eda civil<\/strong> ser\u00e1n un freno para el despegue de la industria, ya que acumul\u00f3 24 ca\u00eddas en marzo de este a\u00f1o y registr\u00f3 un descenso de 10.7% en este lapso.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, otros factores que <strong>reprimen el crecimiento<\/strong> son el alza en los precios de materiales para la construcci\u00f3n por el tipo de cambio, la elevaci\u00f3n en las tasas de inter\u00e9s y el encarecimiento del cr\u00e9dito y de los proyectos de infraestructura.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed como las expectativas sobre las negociaciones del <strong>Tratado de Libre Comercio de Am\u00e9rica del Norte<\/strong> (TLCAN) y el factor pol\u00edtico ante las <strong>pr\u00f3ximas elecciones<\/strong> del pr\u00f3ximo 1 de julio, el cual genera incertidumbre por saber si la pr\u00f3xima administraci\u00f3n continuar\u00e1 con la inversi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El sector se ve beneficiado por obras privadas y reconstrucci\u00f3n
