sostenible permitir\u00e1 cuidar del medio ambiente"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><em>Para lograr los objetivos de la Agenda 2030 se busca generar acciones de desarrollo que sean compatibles con el planeta<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">El <strong>desarrollo sostenible<\/strong> busca satisfacer las necesidades de las generaciones actuales y preservar a la humanidad, por ello se han realizado distintos acuerdos que buscan revertir el impacto desfavorable de las actividades humanas en el medio ambiente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">La <a href=\"http:\/\/www.onu.org.mx\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Organizaci\u00f3n de las Naciones Unidas<\/strong><\/a> (ONU) indica en la <strong>Agenda Urbana 2030<\/strong>, en lo que se refiere al desarrollo sostenible, que se debe trabajar en una mejora de la industria y\u00a0\u00a0la infraestructura.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Por ello, en el<strong> Acuerdo de Par\u00eds de 2015<\/strong> se gener\u00f3 un plan para limitar el incremento de la temperatura media del planeta por debajo de dos grados Celsius, referente a la temperatura industrial.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Con el fin de lograr los objetivos y acuerdos es necesario poner \u00e9nfasis en la <strong>infraestructura sostenible<\/strong>, como lo es el dise\u00f1o, la construcci\u00f3n y operaci\u00f3n de infraestructura, que cumplan con los procesos de preservaci\u00f3n en la equidad humana, la diversidad y la funcionalidad de los sistemas naturales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">De acuerdo con el <strong>Centro Mexicano de Derecho Ambiental<\/strong> (CMDA), el pa\u00eds apoya reformas que tienen como objetivo la sustentabilidad de la infraestructura, con esto el cuidado del medio ambiente est\u00e1 regulado por la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica de los Estados Unidos de Mexicanos, la Ley de Obras P\u00fablicas y Servicios, la Ley General de Equilibrio Ecol\u00f3gico y Protecci\u00f3n al Ambiente, la Ley General de Desarrollo Forestal Sustentable y la Ley de Aguas Nacionales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Asimismo, se han implementado normas de certificaci\u00f3n nacional e internacional que promuevan el desarrollo del pa\u00eds, adem\u00e1s se debe considerar la disponibilidad de agua, el manejo de residuos, los dise\u00f1os arquitect\u00f3nicos compatibles, el desarrollo urbano y el impacto tanto social, como ambiental.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Una de las propuestas para el cumplimiento de este objetivo es generar <strong>carreteras sustentables<\/strong> que sean planeadas, dise\u00f1adas, construidas, modernizadas y conservadas de forma eficiente y eficaz, que tambi\u00e9n respeten las pol\u00edticas ambientales y otorguen beneficios socioecon\u00f3micos en t\u00e9rminos de movilidad y seguridad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">El objetivo que se refiere a la industria, innovaci\u00f3n e infraestructura, de la Agenda 2030, indica que las inversiones en estas \u00e1reas son fundamentales para logar el desarrollo sostenible y empoderar a las comunidades, para que sean m\u00e1s resistentes al cambio clim\u00e1tico e impulsen el crecimiento econ\u00f3mico y la estabilidad social.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Para lograr los objetivos de la
