{"id":71293,"date":"2018-05-10T18:37:18","date_gmt":"2018-05-10T23:37:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=71293"},"modified":"2018-05-10T18:39:17","modified_gmt":"2018-05-10T23:39:17","slug":"sector-vivienda-construccion-ante-elecciones-victor-requejo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/entrevistas\/sector-vivienda-construccion-ante-elecciones-victor-requejo\/","title":{"rendered":"Sector vivienda no debe frenar construcci\u00f3n ante las elecciones: Requejo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">De mantenerse el ritmo de crecimiento, 2018 puede concluir con 20,000 nuevas viviendas<\/span><\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">V\u00edctor Manuel Requejo Hern\u00e1ndez, presidente del Consejo de Administraci\u00f3n del <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.bim.mx\"><b>Banco Inmobiliario Mexicano (BIM)<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, permanece optimista respecto a la construcci\u00f3n de vivienda, e hizo un llamado a mantener la calma ante la incertidumbre causada por el proceso electoral que vive el pa\u00eds.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">En entrevista con <\/span><b>Desde Centro Urbano<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, el banquero expres\u00f3 que la instituci\u00f3n ha experimentado un buen arranque de a\u00f1o. Entre enero y abril de 2018, el BIM ha concedido cerca de 3,300 millones de pesos en cr\u00e9ditos destinados para construcci\u00f3n de vivienda. \u201cYo creo que lograr\u00edamos, si as\u00ed sigue, nuestra meta de alrededor de 9,500 millones de pesos de cr\u00e9ditos para financiar la construcci\u00f3n de 20,000 viviendas\u201d, indic\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Sin embargo, contrast\u00f3 estos datos con las percepciones recientes. Seg\u00fan relata, existen promotores en todo el pa\u00eds que, ante la espera de los resultados de la pr\u00f3xima elecci\u00f3n presidencial del 1 de julio, deciden posponer operaciones a pesar de que el banco haya concedido previamente los cr\u00e9ditos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ante eso, Requejo Hern\u00e1ndez asevera: \u201cnuestro discurso es: El 2 de julio, salga quien salga, no va a haber nada, este a\u00f1o no va a pasar absolutamente nada, vamos a seguir igual. No frenes el desarrollo, lo que t\u00fa no hagas lo va a hacer otro. No te quedes atr\u00e1s. Algunos reaccionan y otros lo piensan\u2019\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A pesar del impacto que el proceso electoral y la incertidumbre tendr\u00e1n sobre el sector vivienda en este a\u00f1o, resalt\u00f3 la buena posici\u00f3n que tienen las instituciones gubernamentales del ramo. Junto al INFONAVIT y el FOVISSSTE, la Sociedad Hipotecaria Federal (SHF) \u201cva a cerrar fuerte\u201d.Con esas condiciones, hizo hincapi\u00e9 en que el sector podr\u00e1 \u201ctener un magn\u00edfico a\u00f1o\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Compar\u00f3 la incertidumbre actual con la que se vivi\u00f3 hace un a\u00f1o con la llegada de Donald Trump a la presidencia de los Estados Unidos. Los escenarios y proyecciones plantearon una eventual crisis por las medidas que tomar\u00eda contra nuestro pa\u00eds; sin embargo, las cifras indican que las exportaciones del pa\u00eds crecieron un 12% y que el a\u00f1o 2017 fue \u201cmagn\u00edfico\u201d, en palabras del banquero.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Por otro lado, recalc\u00f3 que los empresarios del \u00e1rea, ante el panorama electoral, ven el cambio como algo natural. Para Requejo, el mayor impacto negativo lo tendr\u00eda la decisi\u00f3n de bajar el ritmo de crecimiento y producci\u00f3n de vivienda en el pa\u00eds. \u201cLa vivienda no se hace de la noche a la ma\u00f1ana; necesitan planear las cosas. El que se detenga ahora, se detiene el a\u00f1o pr\u00f3ximo\u201d, enfatiz\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Concluy\u00f3 al abordar las consecuencias econ\u00f3micas y laborales que tales alternativas conllevar\u00edan. Afirm\u00f3 que \u00e9l y sus compa\u00f1eros son responsables con sus empresas y sus empleados. \u201cDependen miles de personas de nosotros, no podemos bajar la guardia\u201d, dijo con relaci\u00f3n a estimaciones que indican una disminuci\u00f3n de hasta 60,000 empleos si la producci\u00f3n de vivienda se reduce de 20,000 a 10,000 al
