{"id":7103,"date":"2014-05-26T09:10:40","date_gmt":"2014-05-26T14:10:40","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=7103"},"modified":"2014-05-26T09:45:20","modified_gmt":"2014-05-26T14:45:20","slug":"inicia-construccion-de-desarrollo-habitacional-sustentable-en-coyoacan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/inicia-construccion-de-desarrollo-habitacional-sustentable-en-coyoacan\/","title":{"rendered":"Construir\u00e1n unidad habitacional sustentable en Coyoac\u00e1n"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>El conjunto representar\u00e1 una inversi\u00f3n de 150 millones de pesos y captar\u00e1 la energ\u00eda solar y el agua de lluvia\u00a0<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Como parte del denominado \u201cmes de la vivienda\u201d en la ciudad de M\u00e9xico ante las diversas acciones en materia por parte del gobierno capitalino, se inici\u00f3 la construcci\u00f3n de un desarrollo de 28 edificios que albergar\u00e1 392 viviendas en la delegaci\u00f3n Coyoac\u00e1n.<\/p>\n<p>Ser\u00e1n alrededor de mil 600 las personas beneficiadas con este desarrollo habitacional para el cual se destinaron m\u00e1s de 150 millones de pesos pues tendr\u00e1 instalaciones que capten la energ\u00eda solar y el agua de lluvia, para contribuir adem\u00e1s a la vocaci\u00f3n verde de la ciudad.<\/p>\n<p>Los departamentos contar\u00e1n con dos o tres rec\u00e1maras, cocina, comedor y ba\u00f1o completo, adem\u00e1s de \u00e1reas de uso com\u00fan y esparcimiento; adem\u00e1s 50 estar\u00e1n dise\u00f1ados para personas con discapacidad y estar\u00e1 dotado con alrededor de 400 cajones de estacionamiento.<\/p>\n<p>El conjunto se edificar\u00e1 en una superficie 12 mil 183 metros cuadrados ubicada en calle Manuela S\u00e1enz n\u00famero 78, de la colonia Presidente Ejidal Segunda Secci\u00f3n; adem\u00e1s, se asegur\u00f3 que se garantizar\u00e1n las condiciones de movilidad pues se tom\u00f3 en cuenta la ubicaci\u00f3n y su integraci\u00f3n a la red del transporte p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n<p>Durante la colocaci\u00f3n de la primera piedra, el jefe de Gobierno, Marcelo Ebrard, indic\u00f3 que en lo que va del a\u00f1o, se ha entregado desde su administraci\u00f3n 921 viviendas como parte de la gesti\u00f3n social que escucha las demandas de los capitalinos, y en la l\u00ednea de mejorar las condiciones de habitabilidad en la CDMX.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de la entrega de departamentos, durante mayo se han intensificado acciones como regularizaci\u00f3n de escrituras y definido proyectos de construcci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;
