futuras elecciones gubernamentales<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El <strong>\u00cdndice de Confianza del Constructor<\/strong> (ICOCO) report\u00f3 un valor de <strong>52.98<\/strong> puntos durante el primer trimestre del 2018, una variaci\u00f3n porcentual de -1.43% al \u00edndice del trimestre anterior, report\u00f3 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bimsareports.com\/br\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Bimsa Reports<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo al an\u00e1lisis, la reducci\u00f3n se debe a la ca\u00edda de cuatro de sus cinco componentes, de los que destacan la inversi\u00f3n en corto y largo plazo, as\u00ed como la renta de la maquinaria y la inversi\u00f3n en equipo menores.<\/p>\n<p>Esto se debe a los niveles de <strong>incertidumbre<\/strong> que prevalecen en la econom\u00eda ante los resultados de las elecciones pr\u00f3ximas y la falta de definici\u00f3n sobre el futuro del Tratado de Libre Comercio.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, se \u00edndica que durante el primer trimestre del 2018, el volumen de obra realizada se qued\u00f3 <strong>por debajo de las expectativas,<\/strong> ya que la brecha entre la cantidad de obra esperada y la efectividad producida se ampli\u00f3 de 6.2 a 16.2 puntos.<\/p>\n<p>Ante esto, una encuesta realizada por Bimsa Reports defini\u00f3 que <strong>m\u00e1s de la mitad de los constructores<\/strong> coincidieron en que los obst\u00e1culos para el desarrollo de mayor cantidad de obra son la transparencia en los procesos de licitaci\u00f3n, la falta de inversi\u00f3n y los problemas de
