Madero"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>El inmueble sufri\u00f3 colapso del techo tras el sismo del 19 de septiembre<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La <strong>Secretaria de Obras y Transportes<\/strong> (Sobse) de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico culmin\u00f3 con la demolici\u00f3n del inmueble habitacional ubicado en la calle <strong>Ignacio Zaragoza 83<\/strong>, en la colonia Pueblo San Juan de Arag\u00f3n de la delegaci\u00f3n <strong>Gustavo A. Madero<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Esta unidad que constaba de un solo nivel, se conformaba de muros de carga de mamposter\u00eda y una losa maciza como sistema de techo, el cual present\u00f3 un <strong>semicolapso<\/strong> luego del sismo del 19 de septiembre pasado.<\/p>\n<p>El edificio fue dictaminado como de <strong>alto riesgo<\/strong> por el <strong>Instituto para la Seguridad de las Construcciones,<\/strong> por ende 13 trabajadores realizaron la demolici\u00f3n de 45 metros c\u00fabicos, con ayuda de mazos y picos, en 48 horas.<\/p>\n<p>La Sobse indic\u00f3 que en total se han realizado<strong> 44 demoliciones de inmuebles<\/strong>, las cuales fueron dictaminadas con da\u00f1o estructural y catalogadas en sem\u00e1foro rojo por el Comit\u00e9 de Emergencias de Protecci\u00f3n Civil.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El inmueble sufri\u00f3 colapso del techo tras el sismo del 19 de septiembre<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":64,"featured_media":70936,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"inline_featured_image":false,"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":""},"categories":[14],"tags":[4773,4325,13348,7961,13347,13346,402],"class_list":["post-70935","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-construccion","tag-demolicion","tag-gam","tag-habitacion","tag-inmueble","tag-riesgo","tag-semicolapso","tag-sobse"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>Concluye demolici\u00f3n de casa en Gustavo A.
