{"id":70484,"date":"2018-04-25T08:28:45","date_gmt":"2018-04-25T13:28:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=70484"},"modified":"2018-04-25T08:28:45","modified_gmt":"2018-04-25T13:28:45","slug":"crecio-11-financiamiento-vivienderos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/crecio-11-financiamiento-vivienderos\/","title":{"rendered":"Creci\u00f3 11% financiamiento a vivienderos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>El saldo de la cartera de cr\u00e9dito puente de SHF tambi\u00e9n increment\u00f3 <\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Al mes de febrero, el saldo de la cartera de financiamiento a desarrolladores de vivienda por parte de la banca alcanz\u00f3 un total acumulado anual de 62,100 millones de pesos, inform\u00f3 la  Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Vivienda (Conavi). <\/p>\n<p>Al dar a conocer el Reporte Mensual del Sector Vivienda correspondiente a abril, el organismo detall\u00f3 que la inversi\u00f3n observada representa una variaci\u00f3n positiva de 11%, esto en comparaci\u00f3n con los 55,900 millones de pesos obtenidos en los \u00faltimos doce meses a febrero de 2017.<\/p>\n<p>En cuanto a la participaci\u00f3n de Sociedad Hipotecaria Federal (SHF), el saldo de la cartera de cr\u00e9dito puente alcanz\u00f3 los 19,500 millones de pesos a febrero de 2018. La inversi\u00f3n present\u00f3 un crecimiento de 1.3% en comparaci\u00f3n a lo observado en los \u00faltimos doce meses a febrero de 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Cabe se\u00f1alar que de marzo 2017 a febrero 2018 el cr\u00e9dito otorgado a la industria de la construcci\u00f3n alcanz\u00f3 los 356,200 millones de pesos, un aumento en relaci\u00f3n a los 333,600 millones de pesos registrados a marzo de
