href=\"http:\/\/www.obras.cdmx.gob.mx\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>La Secretar\u00eda de Obras y Servicios<\/strong> <\/a>(Sobse) inform\u00f3 que se concluy\u00f3 la demolici\u00f3n del inmueble ubicado en la calle <strong>Melchor Ocampo<\/strong> n\u00famero 288, en la delegaci\u00f3n <strong>Cuauht\u00e9moc<\/strong>, que estaba conformado por cuatro niveles de uso habitacional, \u00e1reas de azotea y una planta baja destinada para comercios.<\/p>\n<p>Este inmueble fue dictaminado como alto riesgo de colapso por el <strong>Instituto para la Seguridad de las Construcciones<\/strong> (ISC) y el <strong>Comit\u00e9 de Emergencias de Protecci\u00f3n Civil<\/strong>, porque representaba un peligro para la poblaci\u00f3n, automovilistas y construcciones aleda\u00f1as luego de que sufri\u00f3 da\u00f1os est\u00e9ticos y un desplome de 65 cent\u00edmetros tras el sismo del 19 de septiembre de 2017.<\/p>\n<p>La Sobse inform\u00f3 que durante <strong>37 d\u00edas<\/strong> se realiz\u00f3 la demolici\u00f3n de dos maneras, la primera fue el retiro de cuatro niveles de forma manual con apoyo de mazo y pico, y la segunda const\u00f3 de retirar los pisos restantes con una retroexcavadora.<\/p>\n<p>Detall\u00f3 que para todas las demoliciones se imparten capacitaciones en materia de protecci\u00f3n civil y seguridad, adem\u00e1s del uso obligatorio de equipo de seguridad y la implementaci\u00f3n de la se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n para indicar rutas de evacuaci\u00f3n en caso de
