{"id":69593,"date":"2018-04-06T10:31:19","date_gmt":"2018-04-06T15:31:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=69593"},"modified":"2018-04-06T10:31:43","modified_gmt":"2018-04-06T15:31:43","slug":"2018-ano-recuperacion-hipotecas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/publicaciones\/2018-ano-recuperacion-hipotecas\/","title":{"rendered":"2018, a\u00f1o de recuperaci\u00f3n en hipotecas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>2017 cerr\u00f3 con una disminuci\u00f3n en la colocaci\u00f3n de cr\u00e9dito, sin embargo, se espera que el sector repunt\u00e9 para la segunda parte del a\u00f1o<\/em><br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>A pesar de ser considerado como un a\u00f1o complicado no s\u00f3lo para la industria, sino para la econom\u00eda en su conjunto, en 2017 la colocaci\u00f3n de cr\u00e9dito mantuvo n\u00fameros importantes, con lo que conserv\u00f3 el ritmo observado en 2016 con una ligera desaceleraci\u00f3n. <\/p>\n<p>En este sentido, durante el a\u00f1o, la inversi\u00f3n para financiar cr\u00e9ditos en materia de vivienda alcanz\u00f3 los 346,985 millones 900,000 pesos, con lo que se concretaron 929,388 acciones. Cabe se\u00f1alar que en 2016 la cifra de inversi\u00f3n lleg\u00f3 a 336,042 millones de pesos, con lo que se colocaron 988,075 financiamientos. <\/p>\n<p>En este sentido, por monto colocado, la banca comercial se posicion\u00f3 como el jugador m\u00e1s relevante, al generar una derrama del orden de los 151,104 millones de pesos, recursos con los que otorg\u00f3 119,570 cr\u00e9ditos. Este jugador cerr\u00f3 2016 con una inversi\u00f3n de 158,050 millones de pesos y una colocaci\u00f3n de 141,625 financiamientos. <\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, en el terreno de n\u00famero de acciones, el Instituto del Fondo Nacional de la Vivienda para los Trabajadores (Infonavi) concret\u00f3 533,792, lo que represent\u00f3 una derrama del orden de los 138,438 millones de pesos. Las cifras representan una variaci\u00f3n positiva de 18%, en el caso del n\u00famero de acciones y de 19.6% en el monto colocado, esto en comparaci\u00f3n con 2016.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con datos de la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Vivienda (Conavi), del total de la inversi\u00f3n realizada, 305,227 millones de pesos se destinaron para impulsar la adquisici\u00f3n de vivienda, lo que represent\u00f3 la colocaci\u00f3n de 558,049 cr\u00e9ditos. De esta cifra derramada, 204,114 millones de pesos se concentraron para unidades nuevas, mientras que 101,112 millones de pesos fueron para casas usadas. <\/p>\n<p>Lee la <a
