{"id":69299,"date":"2018-03-27T14:28:24","date_gmt":"2018-03-27T20:28:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=69299"},"modified":"2018-03-28T13:54:33","modified_gmt":"2018-03-28T19:54:33","slug":"otorgan-certificado-al-antiguo-palacio-del-ayuntamiento","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/inmobiliario\/otorgan-certificado-al-antiguo-palacio-del-ayuntamiento\/","title":{"rendered":"Otorgan certificado al Antiguo Palacio del Ayuntamiento"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>El antiguo palacio cuenta con un sistema de captaci\u00f3n de agua pluvial y ahorradores<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El <a href=\"https:\/\/new.usgbc.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Consejo de la Construcci\u00f3n Verde de Estados Unidos (US Green Building Council<\/strong><\/a>) otorg\u00f3 la Certificaci\u00f3n LEED Platino al Antiguo Palacio del Ayuntamiento, por el uso de energ\u00edas alternativas y sustentables, as\u00ed\u00a0 como por su responsable consumo de\u00a0 agua.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/m_raman?lang=es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Mahesh Ramanujam<\/strong><\/a>, presidente y director ejecutivo del Consejo de Construcci\u00f3n Verde de Estados Unidos, envi\u00f3 un documento a <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/manceramiguelmx\"><strong>Miguel \u00c1ngel Mancera Espinosa<\/strong><\/a>, jefe de Gobierno de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, con motivo de felicitarlo.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSe trata de un edificio sustentable, ejemplo de liderazgo y transformaci\u00f3n\u201d, asegur\u00f3 el mandatario capitalino.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n resalt\u00f3 el hecho de que el inmueble es el edifico m\u00e1s antiguo que lograr obtener dicha certificaci\u00f3n a nivel mundial.<\/p>\n<p>El <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/gobcdmx?lang=es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Gobierno de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico (GCDMX)<\/strong><\/a> instal\u00f3 un sistema de captaci\u00f3n de agua pluvial y otro de tratamiento para potabilizarla, tambi\u00e9n coloc\u00f3 ahorradores de agua. Se instalaron luminarias LED en todos los espacios renovados y sistemas de control autom\u00e1tico y constantemente se genera energ\u00eda renovable mediante celdas fotovoltaicas.<\/p>\n<p>88% de los usuarios del antiguo palacio utilizan alg\u00fan transporte alternativo al auto, adem\u00e1s de que dentro de las instalaciones, se implement\u00f3 una pol\u00edtica de reciclaje y realizaron trabajos en 80 espacios para mejorar la calidad ambiental a trav\u00e9s de 30 sistemas de inyecci\u00f3n de aire.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El antiguo palacio cuenta con un sistema
